    Mediocre at best. Doesn’t keep WiFi signal long. Have to keep syncing it to WiFi.

    Without wifi the TV is pretty useless but good for a Simi to play video games on

    Bought this tv in October for a Christmas gift for my daughter. By the time she opened it, return window had closed. Will not connect to wifi. Moved it around her room, bought an extender. Nothing will work. Everything in our house will connect to wifi except this tv. Ended up having to buy her a different one and putting this one elsewhere in the house. Can only watch streaming services if I turn on my phone as a mobile hotspot and lean it up against tv, then it will connect to services. Wish I could return it and replace with Insignia. Our other televisions are Insignia and all work no matter where they are placed.

    I got this tv on sale. I like the smart features but had to return the product. I kept getting a purple horizontal line at the top of the screen. It appears this might have been damaged or a defect. Hopefully it was just the one I purchased and no one else.

    Speakers don't work

    After about 2 months after purchase the speakers starting switching left and right. I spoke to Sharp 2-3 times, each time they gave instructions on resetting in a different manner, each would fix it for about 30-60 days before it started doing the same thing again. Finally they said to bring it back to Best Buy to have it fixed. I made an appt with Best Buy in Milford Mass. and 15 minutes before my appointment, they cancelled and said they would not fix it, I needed to send it back to Sharp. I called Sharp again and after waiting 40 min to speak to someone I was told Best Buy needs to fix it. This is so frustrating and totally not worth it.

    I have a large scratch on my screen!

    I have a large scratch at the top left side of my tv. The description said open box geek squad certified but I have the huge scratch. This my 3rd tv from Best Buy I expected better quality

    After some trouble setting the tv up. This is not a great tv. The picture is at best average. Support is bad. The tv model is not listed on their website so could not download the manual or register the product

    Purchased this for my college son that’s at school over 1,000 miles away from home. Got it for Christmas but he didn’t take it out of the box until we got him back to school. Unfortunately the tv screen was cracked so the item was unusable. Not sure if something like that would be replaceable unfortunately so he’s still without a tv until we get him another one. Obviously we weren’t able to test the quality of the tv in action since it was broken and unusable.
