Gave me the wrong cord. Couldn’t even plug the tv into the outlet.

TV works fine, easy setup, Roku has a lot of content, except that it has no web browser unless you download a browser app and subscribe to a service for about $5 per month. There is also a free web browser app....but it is text only and woefully inadequate. If I am wrong or if there is a new app which doesn't require a subscription (and is good), please comment and enlighten me - thanks. Otherwise no complaints to date.

A great smart TV. Great picture, great sound quality. You can download plenty of apps off the Roku channel. So far I love it!

I got it on Cyber Monday for $99. The sound quality is average. I have to turn it up pretty loud to be audible for my bedroom. The picture is pretty good. I like Roku. You can't do any better for $99. I just wanted a decent bedroom TV and this works.

I’ve had this television for about two years now. It worked great, especially for the price! However, unfortunately, it recently began to act up and now does not work anymore. It first began to lag. Then the WiFi began to consistently disconnect (every 5-10 minutes), sometimes even failing to reconnect again. Now, the television won’t pick up on any WiFi signals (even though our router is right next to it) therefore it seems as if there is no WiFi in the area which is not true given we live in an apartment building. Unfortunately the TV does not have a direct internet port so you can only rely on the WiFi signal. So although the TV may seem like a steal, it’s “cheaply” made.

Was disappointed when unit kept freezing up, was disappointed with Geek squad as they couldn’t fix it and kept me running around to get it resolve and they gave me a credit card

I bought this TV for my home office. I've never had a TV start up or shut down so slowly. Even muting the volume takes a good 10 seconds. I have a Sling TV subscription and this is the only TV in the house that locks up and freezes while watching it. I have to literally pull the power plug and replug it to hard boot the thing. I took it back and they sent it off for service. It's just as bad now as it was before. I won't buy another Sharp product. Get another brand and hook up a Roku to it for a far less frustrating experience.

As a TV, it's been great. The wifi reception is very poor and I haven't found a way to enhance wifi reception. However, if you add an external Roku, Apple TV or Firestick, it is much better. Better reception and faster internet. I was looking for an all in one solution, but assumed that this could be a problem. As a TV, it's a 4. As a Roku, it's a 2. Works but barely. Truth!

I purchased two of these TVs for my daughters rooms. Both of them would turn on but you could not get past the initial set up screen. I spoke to Sharp technical support we tried resetting the TV and the remotes and finally they said that both units were defective and I had to bring them back. The fact that both had defective software tells you that this is a very cheaply made TV. I have to repackage everything and bring it back which is very frustrating.

Roku is like a virus. It takes over everything. You get 500 channels of crap and lots of phony news stations. I had to replace this TV and just gave it away.

This is a great HDTV except for one problem, it drops Wi-Fi signal for no reason whatsoever!
