I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FOR MY SON SO HE COULD PLAY HIS PLAY STATION IN HIS ROOM AND HE LOVES IT. WHY NOT? IT HAS A GREAT PICTURE . WORKS WONDERFULLY,AND HAS NO PROBLEMS.

Great entry-level TV with a terrific picture and decent sound. Are better TV's available with more features? Sure, but when you consider the price, it's a slam dunk.

Bought this around xmas, and its been great so far. Its image is clear, and simple to operate. The sound quality is ok, but nothing to make a fuss about. Recommend pairing with a soundbar and subwoofer.

$150- for a 40” HDTV I could just stop there. But it’s got a fine picture and does exactly what it says. A great value. I haven’t had a TV in > 10 yrs, don’t watch often, so it’s perfectly priced investment.

I needed a basic 1080p tv and this was it. I have it connected to my computer so I just needed it to turn on and work. The picture is clear and the speakers arent bad at all. I love this tv for the price.

Needed to replace our 40 inch TV we watch in the bedroom...this is a great replacement. 3 HDMI ports, perfect picture and great sound. Wish we had this quality with our 65 inch TV in the living room.

This isn't the fanciest TV since it's only 40 inches and 1080p, but it does the job and it's light, cheap, and works well. The colours are accurate and the sound is surprisingly good for a basic TV.

I love this tv. Not a smart tv which is what I wanted because I've had issues with smart tv's not lasting long.(technology I guess). Has a beautiful picture.

I purchased this TV because of the Sharp brand and the sales price but I would have been happy paying full price. It is perfect for my apartment and the picture and sound quality are excellent.

I was completely surprised about the quality of the picture with this very inexpensive tv. I couldn’t be more pleased. It is not a smart tv; but with Chromecast, it functions perfectly as is.

I love all Sharp tv's. This 1 is no exception. It is a basic tv. Doesn't have a ton of inputs but the picture quality is amazing as is the overall quality. I am more than happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others.

I bought this tv on Black Friday and for the price is not bad of a tv even tho it’s not a smart tv but it gets the job done with great quality for 720 or 1080p I would recommend this tv

Bought this TV to put in a bedroom when my 92 year old mother came to live with us. She loved this tv! said she wished her home tv had a picture this nice !

This tv has a vivid color picture easy set up with my current satellite provider and other applications.

This was a great choice for an upgrade to a larger TV than what we had. For those not needing a Smart TV, the price was good. The set up was simple and the picture was great too.

Great television for an incredible price. The monitor has awesome resolution, sound is great, and all the "smart" functions work just as expected. Highly recommend this one.

Bought it in late 2018; it's now summer 2019. No issues and works good. Video Game compatible (but Not for 4K games), Recommend it for those that want something simple with a nice size screen.
