The Roku operating system works great and is very responsive. The one drawback is that it does not have a wired ethernet port.

REMOTE DOESNT WORK

Best Buy claims they cannot swap the remote. I must either buy a new remote or bring the entire TV back. Between a busy life and traveling for work, I have no time to return this, so I guess I will be using my phone from now on. Two star review because I do love the Roku interface as I have two other Roku TVs in my home. Not necessarily a Roku problem, more of a Best Buy problem.
