I read the reviews and compared to multiple televisions before purchasing. My hubby and I didn’t want to spend a fortune, so we settled on this one. First, the set-up was a bit more tedious than we preferred as it prompts you sign up for accounts such as Roku, Netflix and connect gaming consoles if applicable before we are able to watch it. We set up a PS4 and the tv recognized it; however, it does not work. Secondly, the volume is not the best quality. It has to be turned up past 18 to hear. Thirdly, the design of the remote is weird. Overall, the tv is not as user friendly as I would have liked. Currently debating if it is going back.
