    Right out of the box, the remote does not work. Luckily I was able to use the Roku app for the bare essentials to confirm it wasn't an issue with the TV itself. I've tried two different new sets of batteries, unplugging/replugging the TV in, pairing the remote from the home screen instructions... nothing works. The store I picked this up from wouldn't pick up the phone, and Geek Squad is unable to help me because the TV is under 50 inches.

    I would mot recommend buying this product The TV remote was no good. Went to exchange TV for same model, but remote was no good in second TV. I got another brand.

    This is an ok TV if you get it at a cheap price otherwise I would recommend a different TV. The picture quality is low and the controller is not user friendly.

    This product lasted me about 1 week before it started freezing on its own, picture started to move a lot slower than words, tv mutes itself on its own, I’ll press the volume Chanel or back button and it won’t pop up on the screen until 10-15 seconds later. It’s literally like it has a virus. This product was complete garbage.

    It worked great for a year. Of course after it had passed the 1 year mark it started to mess up. I have this in my kids room. It started to turn pink on the left side.

    The TV is fine but you can’t use the tv without the remote. I couldn’t set the tv up without taking the remote completely apart so I could get through the settings and download the remote app. Now I use the remote app and every time I turn the tv on it takes forever to find the device. I won’t buy a Roku tv again.

    Software defect, The TV is not working I just bought two and they are not working it starts with the remote issue and goes to the problematic software that keeps ask for AT&T activation it’s ridiculous I need to return to Return the TVs and ask for a refund you can read more reviews that are the same like my what a waste of time and I hope that I will get my money back.

    The sensor on the tv and the remote do not always work. I have changed the batteries on the remote and still have issues with it.

    Ordered Sharp TV; Best Buy sent Vizio TV. Vizio is a crappy TV with a crappy remote. Had trouble with it since 3 months after purchase. Approx. 1/3 of the screen is messed up, went through a load of batteries for remote, had to send for new remote all in 3 months time!!! Cheaply made! Never any trouble with Sharp TV's. Do NOT purchase Vizio or accept as a replacement if your order another brand TV!!!

    Got this as a TV for my daughter since Netflix is no longer available through the Nintendo Wii. She seems to really like it with the Roku feature. The picture is not as good as our Samsung though.

    This is good TV for those on a budget. The Roku integration connects to most major streaming services. Personally I don't like the Roku interface very much, but it is a feature rich system.

    Very poor quality, everything about this TV is horrible, I put in the spare bedroom and actually added the fire stick to it Because the picture is so horrible using the streaming on the set

    This TV did not rate our complete satisfaction. The picture is Very shadowy and no setting from brighter to darkest makes it better. It is somewhat complicated to operate.
