    I had to search the internet to learn how to change the aspect ratio on the tv. Picture quality is only fair without an HDMI connection. Price is great for how we use the t.v..

    R.I.P 7/4/2020 and the Warranty Ended in April. I definitely will never buy any products from sharp ever again. Apparently they forgot how to make TV's over the years. I remember back in the day when we had a sharp tv for decades. Plus the Volume was off with the TV from day one. I would recommend Best Buy to never carry this brand. What a rip off even at the price point.

    It's a great TV pitcher is nice.but have trouble getting cable on it.and for some reason it won't stay connected to WiFi other then that it's great.

    Got tv home, remote didnt work. Called manufacturer, they said that tv would need to be returned. Did that. Got another tv, same model, got it home, remote didnt work. Changed batteries in remote both times still dont work. So no, wasnt pleased with purchase at all Returned second TV and got refund

    I don’t know if it’s here I got it from but I had to take this tb back three times until I got a good one...check it out before you leave the store

    Nice TV the only problem was the remote which was defective return item which they check at no charge and give me a used remote from the drawer.

    Response time with TV is slow. Remote is literally a Roku remote which is not very ergonomic for people with average to large hands. Good TV.

    This is the 2nd time I have had to return a Roku TV. The first one was hacked and asking me to pay a subscription to us Roku. This one the remote would not link. Without the remote you can't do anything with the TV. Coming to find out the hacking and linking are a problem. I'm highly disappointed that Roku has not fixed this problem.

    This tv has a great picture quality but it freezes a lot and it loses connection. My other devices do fine. I wouldn’t buy this again.

    Worst setup of a TV ever

    The TV to ok over 20 hours to set up. The Geek squad person spent 4 hours. When he left the DVD’ player was all that worked. I set up the remote myself. I was on the phone 2 hours with Sharp but the only HD working was the DVD. My cable provider came out and I finally had HD TV. It was another 10 hours or so with Sharp, then I turned the router around and could stream in HD without buffering.

    It was an open box with no remote but I was able to get a roku remote for $12 shipped and it works fine.

    Had a hard time connecting this TV to my network. Connecting to my phone wasnt an issue. Ended up returning.

    It's and OK TV when it works. The 2 problems I have had since I bought it. (1) While watching it, it will randomly zoom in the screen which makes most of everything on the screen to be cut off. I go into settings and it's set to the normal mode that it's supposed to be set in and changing it to any other mode makes no difference. The only way to fix it is to turn the TV off and restart it which fixes it for a few hours until it does it again. (2) I use the AT&T TV app through Roku on this TV. When opening the app, the TV gives the message that something went wrong and won't open the app. I have to hit the home button and try it again. Same thing happens every time I try to watch AT&T TV. I literally have to go back to the home screen 3-4 times before it will finally work. I've deleted the AT&T TV app 2-3 times and reinstalled it but the same thing happens. I have 3 other TV's using Roku with the AT&T TV app that are different brands and have never had one of them cause near the problems this Sharp has.
