The image is very dark and the sound comes from the bottom/back so you have to have it very loud to hear the words, but the music is blasting. Adjusting volume settings has not improved this. Many times the tv freezes so badly, you have to get up and unplug the tv from the outlet and plug it back in to reset the power. We have now transitioned to LG televisions and will never again buy Sharp Roku.

There is often a 2-3 second lag between when we push a button on the remote (volume, power, etc.) to when that action happens. It acts like a computer with very little RAM.
