Bought it on sale for $149 + tax, a good value for what you get. The Speakers and the slow processor are the 2 things I hate about the TV. When using Netflix, the speaker is terrible even at full power. Scrolling through the apps is very slow and laggy.

I like the 2 pack face covers. They do seem to be thinner than I was hoping for. The back strap looks like it will tear easily. I like that the original face shows through. Will see how long it lasts as to whether I reorder or not.

I purchased this tv and added the protection plan on it. The TV was doing well up until about a few months ago. The tv has a mind of its own... it cuts off in the middle of my programming.

I normally wait until the 6 month mark to review a electronic product. After six months this TV has developed a green horizontal line right down the middle of it. Even for a lower end TV, I am not a happy camper. Know to research any warranty this garbage may have.

Second one purchased. Had to enchant first one And same thing. Go to set up and it locks up. Remote won’t work and tv has to buttons to control. So not happy.

The TV is great except for the remote is inconsistent on being responsive. Sometimes you have to hit the same button up to 5 times for the TV to respond. We have tried a new remote, new batteries, etc. Called Sharp but since Covid that is next to impossible. It cleared up for a little while and then we plugged in USB to watch a video and it popped up again right away, maybe memory related?.. Not sure what to say other than maybe we got a bad one?

I purchased this tv for my guest bedroom. Installed it on the wall and attempted to turn it on. The tv would turn on and after a minute or so would automatically turn off on it’s own. I couldn’t figure out the problem until I returned it. The representative stated that these tv’s were defective after looking it up in their system. Why sell it if they have knowledge that it’s defective.

You have lots of very smart people that work there at Best Buy but nobody is able to answer my question correctly I want to know if I can watch videos on my telephone and mirror the same video I see all my telephone and put it on my TV and nobody can answer me correctly they give me a lot of BS a lot of knowledge and lots of information but nobody has an absolute solution for this problem
