Started rebooting itself randomly, sometimes while powered on, sometimes while just plugged in. Tried factory resets, making sure it wasn't a remote issue, ordered a new power cable, tried different outlet. Constantly have to go through setting it up and adding all account information to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Very disappointing.

The remote control wouldn't work. Replaced batteries, same issue. The remote likely had the sling button jammed inward so it kept taking me to the sling ap. Had to use my other sharp remote to set it up but still had sling becoming selected over and over. This tv is a good example of "you get what you pay for." Wish I had two hours of my life back.

Didnt connect to internet, Roku tech support BAD!

We just purchased this 2 hours ago. Brought it home, and it wouldnt find any networks to connect to. (There are dozens nearby...)
We tried resetting the router, resetting the tv, everything, even the ROKU hidden menu "enable / Disable network pings."
Called tech support. Loud, overseas call center, guy was not knowledgeable at all. No help, he made me waste my time trying the same things that already had been tried, then he got frustrated and told me to call the TV manufacturer.
No thanks! Ill be returning this piece of junk, not wasting MORE of my time on it.
TLDR - Avoid this TV! Not sure if I got a lemon, but dont reallly care. Plenty of competitors to buy instead.

Loved it... for the first six weeks. Then turn it on and nothing. The display brightens slightly when you turn it on, it makes the Roku sounds when you press the buttons on the remote, but no picture. Shut it all the way down with the button, no dice. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, nothing. Called Best Buy, they said call Sharp. It's junk. Save your money and buy a real TV, and buy it from someplace that supports what they sell.

Worked great for 2 months

Bought this TV last November for $150. It was a great buy, and the TV was awesome. A few months later, the screen went out but had sound. Tried to unplug it and reset it to no avail. Stopped coming on at all. 5 blinking red lights. Bought the extended warranty (thank God!!!) Gonna return it tomorrow and get a new one. Hopefully the new one will last a little longer. :)

Had for 3 days - Have to constantly unplug

I have to constantly unplug tv to get it to connect to WiFi. After doing a Google search, it turns out this tv is made specifically for Best Buy, so Sharp won't help you and Best Buy wants to give you the runaround. This wifi malfunction is apparently a known issue, so why make it such a hassle to get it fixed or refunded?

Restriction on connecting Bluetooth sound bars/ speakers. You need to purchase Roku bluetooth speakers, in order to connect any other Bluetooth device. That's frustrating. I will be returning this tv, as I feel that,type of marketing is unjustifiable.

Got my TV black Friday and opened it on Christmas and here it is middle of March and No power red light just stays solid. Contacted Geek Squad and they offered 20% off just labor.

Sound goes choppy

No very happy with this TV. The sound goes choppy about 3 times a day. The sound goes choppy and change the channel then come back and the sound is good. Samsung needs to upgrade the software to fix this problem.

Had this TV for about a year and it worked fine. Now it buffers all the time, drops the internet connection and pixelates continually. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
