    The TV was a factory serviced and the price was great. The volume on the TV doesn't go very high especially when the kids are making noise in the room.

    This tv was really good...Roku built in, very easy to use...only issue...leds didn't last a year, so it would blink black periodically.

    pretty basic smart tv, good value. i purchased open box so it didnt have remote but it worked just fine with the replacement i purchased.
