They issisted I pay a $79.00 registration fee to have roku activated..Took about two hours to google it and find out there was no fee when you bought the TV. Without help from best buy I activated it for free. ROKU supervisors hung up on me three times while trying to get it activated through them. I recommend TV, BUT NOT ROKU.
