Great price but it randomly turns off

My one major issue is that it randomly turns off when I’m using apps. It’s like it just does a reboot randomly so I have to end up going back into the app for the show I was watching once it turns back on

She loves it, very easy to work and the little remote makes it even easier for her, and the picture is very crisp.

It was a little tricky to set up with my DIRECTV, but I found the way to make it auto-load up on start up. I had read before purchasing about some people had issues with the sound. I find mine to be plenty loud for my bedroom.

Recommend the 5 year service plan.
