I watch very little tv and when my old set died I used one I kept in the closet for months. I finally decided to break down and buy a new smart Roku set. All I can say is that Ilove it. I’m still not happy with my cable provider, but think I will eventually get rid of it.

I bought this tv after reading a few reviews about it. The picture/sound quality is top notch, and the fact that it has roku built-in enhances the experience. The only problem I have with it is that it sometimes disconnects from the network, but it could be because of my router. Also, there's no Ethernet port, but that's a minor annoyance. I would highly recommend this product.

Love my new LG washer and dryer. I'm glad I switched from the front load to the top load. Performance is great! The only drawback for me (being short) is the deep tub. I have to use a step stool to get little items such as socks, etc. Other than that, I'm happy with both products.

Ok so this is a great tv for the price. I been able to navigate through the apps with ease. Only cons is there is no happy medium with the sound either it's too low or too loud. And pic can be a little grainy at times.

Birthday gift for my mother in law. This tv was a second choice, but not disappointed in the least. Only need for improvement is the sound, seems like you gotta turn it up a little higher than other TVs to hear clearly. But not so much that it's a major issue. Great tv, and would reccomend.

Nice TV overall, the remote is a little awkward to use and the sensor could use some calibration. I bought this open box tho so I can't complain too much, overall I'm pleased with the value, especially the integrated Netflix app.

I purchased 2 of these TV's for my son's rooms. Since they mostly watch Netflix, these TV's were perfect and I was able to eliminate the cable boxes in their rooms saving me $20 per month. They now have Hulu and use my Amazon Prime membership! Pretty amazing technology.

I bought this for my mother in law and it was a major upgrade for her viewing situation. Nice smart apps and good amount of ports. The one bummer is the speakers are pretty rough. Again, for her it will do just fine, but if you get this TV definitely save up for a soundbar.

I bought this tv because I needed a new one for my bedroom. The tv is pretty cool and you can download the Roku app thats pretty helpful. My only complaint would be the steps to get the tv set up. It was very time consuming. Also, make sure you have an HDMI cord to have the best picture.

I actually went to there to purchase another tv but it was already sold. Erica (manager) was so helpful, she recommended this Smart Roku TV which I'm not a roku fan so I thought it would be hard but no it was quite easy. I'm enjoying the features. No cons for me..

a little disappointed for the minimal number of ports available for older electronic equipment such as the Nintendo. Also no plug in on the remote control for headphones. Television has good sound. Good for the price.

I found it good enough to suit my needs. It comes with load of apps (though most of those are repetitive) for a family...sports, news, kids, learning etc...A web browser is definitely missing, roku should add that to allow viewers to view content available through browsers directly.

great TV, really great price, nice built in Roku functionality. simple remote. Good full HD quality. If you are looking for a standard HD smart TV, this is a great choice.

Bought it on sale on Cyber Monday. It took me a little while to tweak it to my liking but I have to say, great picture and decent sound. Very bright panel and good viewing angles. Contrast is superb. One con is that there is no judder reduction and it is noticeable but for the price paid I can live with it. I have always used Android TV but must admit that the built in Roku is very good. The Roku Sling TV app even seems a bit better than the android one, which keeps loosing some settings.

Love the built in RoKU and clear tv. The installation was a breeze.

I was excited to receive my TV in the mail which came in quite quickly. When my wife and I removed the TV from the box it was damaged with a broken/ cracked screen. I immediately called customer service and spoke to a reprenstative by the name Winston. He was rude over the phone by cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation and what my expectations were. He said he would re-ship the item but it would take a week for me to receive it. He said there was nothing else he could do. I asked for expedited shipment but he said that was not an option. Really wish quality and customer service control would be better. I now am left with the task of packaging a broken TV and dealing with UPS to send it back along with waiting for a week for my product.

I loveeee this tv it comes with sooo many apps and the tv is fast it’s not slow ! Really great , I recently bought another tv the same brand and everything just BIGGER ! love this brand of tv’s and I love that they come with the Roku

Roku was easy to set up and TV is clear. Enjoying it and the cost.

Purchased a new refrigerator, customer service was excellent. Check out was fast and accurate. Delivery was within five days and the delivery men were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely purchase another appliance from bestbuy in the future.

This TV works more like a computer than a TV. We bought this TV because we got rid of U-Verse/Cable and wanted SlingTV. Sometimes there is a delay or glitch in streaming and switching from one channel to another takes a little time, but overall, we are happy with this purchase.
