Great picture, easy to set up and use. Really like being able to control the TV with my phone.

This television is excellent! I already have three televisions but I saw this television and I had to have it! The price could not be beat! Thank you Best Buy!

Chose Sharp to replace an older model that only had component capability. Couldn't connect any HDMI devices. Never had one problem with the 32" Sharp from 10 years ago.

I found the tv to be very good it did almost everything I wanted. When I tried to set up the Roku I found it very disappointing. Could not get answers to simple questions. Like: what to do If you already have Amazon Prime. So started looking into Roku. One site rated it 1 out of five. bbb gave it a A + rating but looking deeper I found the same recurring complaint, poor customer service. and a $100.00 additional charge keep coming up. The tv was returned. I purchased the Toshiba with chromecast. I haven't set it up yet.

Hard to use remote , doesn’t stay connected . Original remote quit working after six months .

Very affordable TV with tons of Internet apps. Had it up and going within minutes of unboxing it; streaming works really well and the picture on the screen is great!

I should have investigated it more. I never heard of Roku before I got the TV home. I do not have the time right now to learn all its tricks. I may be better satisfied when I do.

I actually purchased an Insignia TV on Black Friday. When I saw this TV on sale Cyber Monday, I immediately boxed the Insignia up and took it back for this one. Very wise decision.

Once I got. All of the functions working after the B.B. installers left, I have enjoyed the TV. It would be nice if a manual had been included with the set.

This TV has great picture quality. The only issue I have is with the speech clarity. I'm not sure this is a TV issue but more likely my hearing is starting to diminish.

Nice quality and picture. Setting Roku is a little challenging and does not support YouTube.

Volume control is a challenge. Some channels come out louder than others and there's no setting for automatic sound adjustments. Other than that very happy so far.

No, I do not like that I have to use 2 remotes to operate the TV. Too much headache.
