I asked the salesman if this would be difficult to install - He said and I quote "You plug in 2 outlets - One for power and the other for cable" - Nothing was further from the truth - Impossible to install!

Everything you need, minor mishaps. Turn on and off by itself, randomly disconnect from the internet. I just bought it a month ago. Still, doesnt tak away from its performance just minor inconviences.

Very pleased. I reduced from a 47" Panasonic Viera to 43" Sharp Roku for the size of my living room and it's perfect. I like it just as much as the Panasonic. Great choice & great price!

This tv is very slow, takes a long time to load channels, apps just about anything, it also constantly drops the wifi connection

Good picture and enjoy the roku interface, however the tv starts on its home page and you must select the input every time it's turned on.

Every time you turn the TV on you have to select the hook up before you can watch TV. Very annoying. I returned the TV. It was terrible that you had to set up where the connection was coming from every time you turned it on just to watch TV. Ex. Out of the wall Cable. I do not recommend this TV.

First couple months it worked perfectly.... after that it started having issues with wifi. Keeps dropping connection even though it is right next to wifi point

We had previously purchased a tv with an external ROKU stick and were not impressed with the performance. This model has an internal ROKU and it is considerably faster.

I was super iffy about buying this TV because I've strictly been a Samsung tv kind of girl, and I had never heard of Roku. But I've been very happy with the tv so far!

This is a great producer for the money, good picture and the sound is better than expected. I would purchase this item again.

Not really sure whether I like the Roku tv. I do not like having to click on the satellite converge time I turn on the tv.

Great picture; but very slow start up time. Lots of options that most won't use; but luckily you can turn most of them off.

Like the tv. Like having access automatically to Hulu .just don't like it doesn't take you back to where you were after turning it off and then back on.

I think this is a nice TV. Not to expensive. Wish the sound was better, but think that's the case for most tv's these days, that's why sound bars where invented.

I picked the T.V. up on a 4th of July sale and I could not be happier. I have not owned a smart T.V. until now and I will continue to purchase them.

The tv is exactly what we were wanting. However it was damaged during shipping so we had to exchange it in the store. The store exchanged it with no issues.

I looked at several TVs and compared the features and prices. I came to Best Buy and the salesman was very helpful. He did not try to upswell me.

They had me return the first TV because the sound would go in and out. The replacement TV did the same thing. After spending to much time on the phone with Best Buy (because nobody knew they warranted the TV) finially got them to send a repair man to the house. After changing the main board he thought it should fix the problem. It didn't.. Now the volume just goes to 100% and you can't turn it down. Then it can go back to normal after turning it off overnight.

As a second TV for the bedroom, it does it's job. Just don't use it in your living room. The TV has horrible light bleed, an extremely poor viewing angle (sitting 8 feet from it and the color deteriorates on the sides and at every angle you view it at), mediocre speakers, and cheap build quality. Then again, the Roku box is built in so it comes with great flexibility. So if you don't care about bad image quality, then this TV isn't bad, especially for the price.

The only negative I have for this is the fact that the home screen isn't live TV. I would prefer the Roku to be a secondary input or secondary screen.
