"Excellent" condition "no missing accessories " package had no screws for putting feet on tv, no manual, and no power cord. Best Buy just said bring it back or buy the parts. Worst customer service ever. Sharp wouldn't do anything either.

Best Buy needs to make sure they are checking their devices if they are returned to them.

When I finally had time to get it exchanged the Csr tried telling me he couldn't do anything because it was passed De 14 days, but Mgr. understood and got it exchanged.
