    I didn’t realize the tv was refurbished. The tv worked for about 2 hours and then a fat line ran down the screen and I couldn’t get rid of it. I had to return the product and get my money back.

    Will not choose a Sharp TV in the future

    This TV lasted exactly 4years and 1 month. My estimate is about 17-20000 hours. This is far below what seems to be industry standard when inquiring upon the expected lifespan of LED TV.

    I've only had tv a month and screen periodically starts to look like puzzle pieces and freezes from time to tome. Best Buy won't allow me return cause it's past 15 day policy. Must deal with manufacturer which is taking entirely too long. Smh

    Bought this TV for my son. It wouldn't stay connected to the Wifi. Called Sharp support and after an hour following their instructions they said, Yeah we've received a lot of reports with this model "Take it back and trade it in".

    This seemed like a great tv for the price; however, after 30 days the tv stopped working. Geek Squad has tried to repair twice so far but unsuccessfully.

    took several long phone calls over a couple of days to get this TV set-up and working - still not sure everything is working but it would be too frustrating to start over - don't think I will buy a Roku TV again

    Terrible option. I knew better but thought others had success. Avoid spend more. Terrible warranty. Didn't realize or read Best Buy refurb unit.

    We bought this TV and within a year of owning it the TV would shut itself off then turn itself back on and it won't allow you to use the remote while this happens. I would not suggest it.

    When I recived my replacement Television I was shocked when I walked into the room and Notice it was smaller then the one they replaced(I wasn't home @ the time they brought it).

    TV does not turn on. Unplug TV Led light comes on Tv and then goes out so Tv does not come on.

    The unit cuts out and goes into an automatic restart mode every 5 to 15 minutes. That gets very irritating. I will not buy another Sharp product ever again.

    we bought a Sharp Roku tv and the the Roku does not work half the time! The sound doesnt have good quality! I will definately be returning this to the store!

    Geck squad tried to repair over phone and said that if it didn't work they would need to repair and replace parts. Not what I wanted to hear.
