    TV is pretty good. We have it in our formal living room and it's mainly for my son to watch. It is very user-friendly. The only thing that I do not like is that you have to have the TV remote to turn the cable box on. Other than that I think it's a great TV and the sound quality is actually pretty good unlike most TVs

    We purchased this TV for our workout room. The first complaint I have is that we were forced to sign up for Roku TV. The TV itself was locked out until you completed the Roku process on our laptop. When unchecking all the programs they suggest and click continue , I got an error message time after time. Customer service is an online (Useless) "Tool", That was no help. An hour or so later, once I gave in and selected the programs they thought I should download, My TV came alive. Nice picture at that! It took about 5 minuets for it to lock up and shut down by itself. This happened ten more times before I boxed it back up and headed back to Best Buy to by my 4th LG. Stick with what works. Also, I was UNABLE to locate any type of web browser to surf the internet or stream live feeds from sites like Speedvideo.com

    This tv was easy to set up. The remote is dummy proof. The picture is great! Problem is...there is no sound when we turn on the tv. We have to unplug from the back and then turn it on again. I hate when brand new products are defective.

    This TV was great! Price, quality, features. After a year, the TV is now rebooting on its own. I can't watch anything with out it bugging out and rebooting. Sometimes Netflix doesn't boot up after all the troubleshooting.

    Bought two of these tvs in August. First 30days, they both worked great, decent picture, sound could be better. However, over the last 30days, or so, both tvs have started "acting up". In the middle of a show on Hulu, Netflix or Amazon, it will completely freeze. Once it freezes you can't turn it off and have to wait for the tv to shut off on its own. When it does shut off it makes a horrible sound. As if the speakers are going to blow! A very loud crack and a flash on the screen. After the tv is off all night and turned on the next morning, it will work fine for the first few hours. By evening it's horrible. Also when watching a show and you want to turn up or down the volume, it lags horribly, starts to freeze and then will automatically shut off. It is worse with tv in living room and not as bad as tv in bedroom. I think that's only because the tv in bedroom isn't used as much. Very disappointed and ready to return these.

    Well this is the first sharp I have bought. Don't like roku but I didn't research the tv. TV remote is very small. Also you need an roku account to download apps like netflix or hulu.

    WIFI connection keeps dropping...

    I read reviews and thought I was getting a reliable TV. No, the picture is great, but the WIFI connection is terrible. I have a very strong (two different connections throughout my house) WIFI connection and it set up fine. Once I turned it off and turned it back it could not find any connections. I have factory reset 5+ times and tried to update it with no success. Very disappointing. I will be returning this. I would not bother purchasing this if you'd like to use the Roku.

    At first I loved this TV, and then within a couple months it started to act up. On the left corner the red light started blinking regularly. So we would have to reconnect the TV. Which takes time to plug in all your infomation over and over again. Then it became repetitive and who has time for that! I clearly got this TV to watch Netflix and Amazon so I wouldn't have to watch cable all the time. Also just the simplicity of the Sharp Roku TV. I'm just sad this started a couple months after I got this... I would have chosen a different TV! Super disappointed because I really liked it at first!!!

    Good TV but Roku feature is very confusing!!!

    The TV is a good with built-in Roku concept. This feature made the TV very complicated for non-tech savvy users...Too many menu items, too many Roku related icons, Roku based Ads (I got an ad for Suburu cars!)...In general, the TV interface is very very confusing...However, the TV itself is good with good picture... I only hope that Sharp provides me an option for firmware update without the Roku feature....In general, chromecast is way better than Roku as far as interface is concerned...

    This television disconnects every two minutes!! I know the issue is the TV because when I stream with Apple TV, it doesn't disconnect at all! I know it's not my internet service because My Mac, iMac, and iPhone all stay connected. This television is GARBAGE! I've spent more time trying to reconnect it for my girls than actually getting any work done! I'm surprised it has 4+ stars it's a very bad product!! I have to go reconnect it now, AGAIN!

    Terrible! The controller and the buttons are small and difficult to handle. The controller also keeps having problems where it stops working and it isn't a battery problem. I've replaced the batteries twice within a week. The Inputs in the back of the unit are located in such a way that it's very difficult to plug into.

    Purchased 3/22/2016 and noticed as of yesterday, about 1/4 of screen is shaded. Tried rebooting, adjusted settings and other attempts, all to no avail. Called Geek Squad (5 year warranty) to advise who states, I must bring tv in so they could ship out. UGH!!! Geek Squad only comes out for products 49" and above, otherwise, I'll have to pay $150 for their house call. I will be without a tv approximately 3-4 weeks. This sucks!
