Do not buy, 1 1/2 year old TV is dead and warranty is 1 year! My wife purchased this TV in late 2016 against my recommendation to get a Samsung (we have 4 which are all fantastic). Best Buy customer service is awful and Sharp only has a 1 year warranty. The product is junk as reflected in the price! Lesson learned, I am done with Best Buy and Sharp! Amazon and Samsung from here on out!!!!

I will never buy a sharp smart tv again. I bought a 43" sharp roku tv. It keeps shutting off and wont connect to internet it don't even scan for wifi it cant find any wifi. It keeps freezing and then restarts. I have factory reset it and still don't work. That was 300 bucks down the drain. I dont recommend to anyone to buy this. Sharps used to be good.

I have had this TV for over a year. About a month ago, It started turning itself off one time after I turned it on. Now it will not stop restarting itself. I cannot even use Apple TV with it. After talking to customer service for half an hour, Sharp says they are sending a repairman next week.

App interface is garbage buy a Firestick

I bought this TV thinking I would no longer need a Amazon Firestick, boy was I so disappointed. I use Netflix, Amazon prime,YouTube and PS Vue. In the PS Vue app it only loaded about one third of my channels and no guide. You're better off buying a tv along with a Firestick, apple tv or PS4. This TV is suppose to be topps when it comes to apps, but for me it's a total loser. I'm returning my TV today.

I replaced a 13 month old Sharp roku tv that went out with this tv because I wanted a roku as it is simple to get Netflix. I watched it for 10 minutes and the picture was so bad I had to return it. I have decided that roku was not that important to me and I went with another brand.

First of all, one of the pieces on the remote control came out as it doesn't have full-type remote... Secondly and more importantly, the TV disconnects from wireless network randomly. When we shut off the TV, it comes back on. Then, disconnects...

I bought 2 of these during a great sale the week before Christmas. One is still in the box and the other has had issues multiple times. The wifi antennae is the issue. Has failed twice. Also, the Geek squad rep didn't even put the screw back in after he repaired it! I didn't notice until a few days later when we moved the TV and the bezel was loose.

I've owned this tv for about a year. When it works it's great however about every 3 months it's goes through a phase where it won't connect to the Internet for a week or more or it will connect then drop it a few seconds later. When it goes through those phases I get so frustrated & am ready to toss it through a window.

As far as a smart TV goes, it doesn't handle streaming HD content. Whether it be Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or HBOmax it is guaranteed to freeze and reset. My other smart TVs don't have this issue.

Maybe I got a lemon. About every 2 minutes, I lose the sound for about 5 seconds...very annoying! Also, when I first turn it on and go to an HD channel, it tells me that I'm not set up for HD, and I have to unplug the cord at the TV. Also very annoying! Haven't had a chance to take it back due to knee surgery. Thank goodness I purchased the 3-year warranty! It's going back as soon as I'm able.
