I bought this TV during cyber Monday and I bought it open-box, It said it was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, there were a couple of serious issues. The two stands that came with the box were the same ones, meaning that instead of a right and left one there were two left stands. The second issue is it did not come with the screws that I needed for the stand.

maybe I got a lemon but...

After 24 hours, this TV isn't even turning on. When I first set everything up, the Roku was very slow, even for Roku, but I figured that was normal. That said, the picture wasn't great and motion quality wasn't very good. Again, maybe I got a total lemon of a TV because that does not seem to be the consensus on this product. Anyway, it then it kept getting slower and slower, which then evolved into the screen randomly blinking or switching to a previous screen or other similar random defects. Then it just turned off completely and won't turn back on. I did a lot of research before buying this, so I'm really disappointed. Returning it as soon as I get a chance and won't be buying the same product.

I read the reviews and only saw one person with an issue that seemed to have been fixed. Our purchased TV didn't get past the initial set up screen to choose the language. We reset it, we unplugged it and plugged it back up. No luck! Taking back today - very disappointed.

Horrible Wifi

This tv isn't bad for watching stuff, but the live streaming is so awful that it's just hard to imagine this is what the engineers came up with in today's technology. It doesn't matter whether I'm trying to stream Netflix, Hulu, or any of the other apps, the picture is constantly freezing when it's RIGHT NEXT to my ultra high speed modem. Even if I turn off every wireless device in the house, it makes no difference. I hate it. I have to buy a few more tv's this year and will definitely steer clear of Sharp.
