Setup and Start-Up was a breeze. The only negative I have found is the Operation Manual. It is printed on a flat sheet of paper, measuring about 15” x18”, then folded 6 ways from Sunday to yield an unusable document. That plus the microscopic font makes it completely useless. I plan to go on-line and attempt to download a usable document. Otherwise, I highly recommend the system to anyone looking for a decent apartment size audio system.

This player, although not as good as my old Panasonic, has a decent sound. Unlike my old player, it won't shuffle songs among the discs.

It would not read a CD even though all 5 trays were loaded. After unplugging it several times from electrical plug it finally started working. I almost boxed it up thinking it was defective. Got it for my dad and he likes it. I do hate that it goes into demo mode upon power up every time.

Posted .Hello, we appreciate your feedback. For this model, using the random play feature, you are able to play tracks from your discs in random order automatically. This means the unit will random play songs on an individual CD until all songs have been played on that disc. Once all songs are completed on that specific disc, it will move on to the next CD tray and random play songs from the disc in that tray. The unit will not shuffle from CD to CD.
