Attractive and adjustable mix on bass. No hassle fast set up. 5-disc player and a strong search signal picks up FM radios without static all over and into the Metro from 40 miles away! Sweet music to my ears!!

Very good sound quality for a small system. Bluetooth, cd sound, both fine. My cd collection is still boxed fro a move, so I haven’t tried the changer. I’m not sure why I can’t get some of the fm stations that I get easily from all parts of Lakewood/Wheatridge /Golden from my car. I’m looking for a stronger antenna.

It took me forever to purchase because I had a hard time deciding. But I have a large CD collection and this holds 5. Also I wanted Blue-tooth to stream all my music and I love listening to the radio. So this has it all and is super lightweight taking up little space. I bought it online and picked it up curbside within 2 hrs. Great experience.

My new Sharp 5 disc micro system packs a punch when it comes to performance from a small bookcase unit. The sound, particularly the bass, rivals any larger unit I have had in the past. The only detrimental thing I can think of is that the unit is very attractive to toddlers, so the higher up you put it, the better.

We downsized our home recently and our CD player was not playable, so we started shopping for a replacement. This is compact and the sound is excellent! We are enjoying being able to play our CDs again an doing it on a compact machine.

I bought this for my beach house, as I had purchased the same one, except with the 2 larger speakers for my home from Best Buy, and I Love it .. this one works Perfectly for my cabin and I love it too.
I Love the 5 disc capacity, and the sound quality is wonderful.
It's not too large, so that it fits just right into the spot I had planned.
I'm Very happy with Both of these.

I am thrilled to have a multi-disk cd player. The sound quality is excellent. It was easy to set up and I was listening to my favorite Christmas CD's within 10 minutes of unpacking the unit. I also like how compact it is. This is far and beyond much better than my old stereo system that took up so much room.

The Sharp is a small stereo but it has decent sound and is easy to setup and use. I bought it because I wanted one that would play multiple CDs and also connect to me IPod and this works fine for my needs.

This is just what we were looking for. The sound is good, the controls aren't hard to understand and I really like being able to control this with a remote as well as having controls on the unit itself. The antenna on this unit works much better than on the unit it replaced.

The sound is great, the price was great, the size is great. A little confusing trying to get where you want to be, with the cd you want to play or the radio station. The only thing I was hoping for was to be able to play cd's randomly. My old player would switch between cd's, this one plays randomly, but the same cd over and over.

The Sharp 5-Disc Micro Shelf Stereo System, is a powerhouse sound system, the 240 watts deliver fantastic music. Listen to stereophonic music from the FM or AM Digital Tuner, Cassettes, and CD's, plus you have access to BlueTooth, WMA, and MP3 playback capabilities. A great addition to a room with limited space, which needs a great robust and versatile sound system.

I had read reviews on this particular home stereo before I purchased. I absolutely love it. It’s got treble, bass, and X-bass. Alot of good sound comes out of this for the size. It does not do an extreme volume but plenty. 5 disc cd changer is nice too!

I have a bar setup along one wall in my living room, and for the last few years I've had an LG 220-Watt boombox type CD player integrated into it. I could never get that unit to sound great, but it was sufficient. I decided to move it to the bedroom and needed another unit for the bar. I had two conditions- CD player (as I have hundreds of CDs) and had to fit into the space. This unit was about one inch wider overall than the LG, so I went with this.
Overall- the sound is exceptional! But the unit has several quirks which is why I can only give it four stars.
THE GOOD
Sound is so much better than anticipated and surprising from relatively small speakers. Bass and treble are full, midrange is a little weak- the remote has adjustments for bass and treble but I wish it had a midrange adjustment as well, or some EQ settings. BUT the sound is still exceptional. It's full and accurate and the bass goes surprisingly low. 50 watts RMS output is more than enough for most usage, unless you are using in a very large space in which this unit would be too small. For most use cases it's more than enough power and volume. The ability to play 5 CDs is great and hard to find these days. Bluetooth works great, USB playback works (a bit quirky, as per below) ok, I have not used the FM radio function.
THE BAD
CD playback takes a long time to switch discs (about 15 seconds) and is quite noisy. The random feature on CDs will only play one CD shuffled, then switch to the next CD, no way to have it jump between CDs. This is probably due to the delay in changing CDs, it would be quite annoying if it did it after every track. USB playback has a weird quirk when using random- when you select "random" on the remote it will immediately switch to a different song, play that one for about three seconds and then switch to another song. After that, it works fine. Not a big deal, just odd execution. The remote is not user-friendly- why is the play/pause button a small button off to the side instead of being in the middle where the track selection buttons are? I always forget it's the not there because every other stereo remote I've used has it right in the middle.
THE UGLY
Out of the box, when you turn the device off it goes into "demo" mode, where the screen scrolls messages and lights up all the different indicators. it's very odd. To turn it off you press "demo", and then the screen goes into a "Bluetooth scanning" display. You then have to press "ECO" on the remote to turn THAT off, and finally you end up with a blank display. But the unit has a clock, and you can only see that when the unit is on and you press the "clock" button, and then it displays for a few seconds. Why can't the power off simply go into displaying the clock? It's the simplest and most logical display, yet it doesn't do it. Setting the clock was a pain, you have to press specific buttons in order with only a few seconds to do so or it stops the setting process. It took me a few tries to finally get it set correctly. User manual is not user friendly- it's a big fold out sheet with small type.
If you can live with the quirks (I can) it's a handsome unit with excellent sound quality and plenty of playback options.

The unit is great, good sound, easy for my 88 year old mother to operate, and doesn't take up much space. Purchase through Best Buy was a snap despite last minute Christmas shopping and Covid, staff even took it to my car due to my recent shoulder surgery. Bless you guys! PS $25 less than
