Took it to the Geek Squad and the guy said it couldn't happen. Took it home, dismantled the machine and there was the disc, Like an idiot, I bought another and the same thing happened within a couple weeks. This time, a Geek Squad guy was able to get the disc out and noted the problem and said it couldn't be fixed Bottom line: DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM UNDER AY CIRCUMSTANCES.

It's been confusing to figure out playing the CDs. It always take a while to stop one and go to another. And lately, whatever mode I have the unit in (FM radio, CD), the unit stops the current mode and jumps to Bluetooth mode. I would not recommend buying this product. Definately not worth the money!!
