5 disc cd player

They do not do replacement units only repairs. The shame was we bought for my dad for Father’s Day and he isn’t able to enjoy his gift.

Instruction overload

Unfortunately, the instructions are unnecessarily complex. Sharp should have a more simplistic instruction sheet.

Perfect!

I was initially concerned by lack of equalizer since I listen to a lot of jazz vocals, I don't want overpowering base. However, this system DOES have adjustments to increase and decrease treble and base separately! Sound is warm, rich and crisp. I found it very easy to set up (did not need to read the instructions). Remote easy to use. The system does make a noise when it changes from one disc to the next, but it is quieter than my old multi-disc CD changer. Have not yet explored repeat function, or programming select songs. Perfect size for my large living room/dining room.

The sound quality was , at best, fair. I expected better. Tried to order a Sony sysrem to replace it, but keep being told by site that it is not available ; but without offering an alternative.

Disappointment

The only way I could stop it was to pull plug from wall, the remote didn’t turn off. Very disappointed!!

The first one did not work at all from the moment I opened the box and the second one died after a few months. Avoid this product. If it wasn't for the insurance I purchased, I would of lost of my money. I knew I should of avoided this product as soon as the first one didn't work.

Weak stereo

Poor product poor customer service

Returned the crap - no pictures

Dissatisfied

Would return it to BEST BUY but do not have box that it came in anymore. Called SHARP for assists but they were not helpful.

Great sound and easy to use.

Perfect size for my living room and don't let the small speakers fool you. The sound quality is sxcellent. I like that it's simple to use and holds 5 discs. Perfect for any room and has a small footprint.

Nice 5 CD Multi-Changer, but stopped at 11 months

The 5 CD changer was the main reason why we bought the Sharp. Couldn't find any other manufacturer who had anything like it. Thank God we purchased the 4 yr warranty. We were afraid it wouldn't make it.

Deeply Disappointed

It is still not set up and Geek Squad is coming out again. Have purchased 2 antenas and neither has worked. No FM, won't load more than 1 CD (it should load 5) and won't stay off of Demo Screen.

Bad practice

Don't spend time on this product

Best buy didn't have anything on the shelf but recommended this Sharp 5 Disc Micro system. Purchased and then waited for delivery date. Went to store to pick up after 3 available pick up now dates were changed. Attempted to set up and couldn't get system to work. Called customer service and spent over an hour with a tech trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. Never was able to get to work so re boxed and returned to store. Still looking for a multi disc CD player.
