    There was obviously a misunderstanding of what I was expecting to happen. I wanted a complete review of my computers, wifi system, the TV situation & cable boxes - - in other words, the entire electronic environment - - none of this happened, The tech said someone would call to make another appointment to check out the TV systems - - no one has called yet As you can hopefully see, I am NOT a happy camper.

    Very poor instructions, takes a rocket scientist to really get the CD player to work like you want it to.

    I should have paid attention to some of the other reviews and not purchased this. It worked one time and then would not change to differnt CD's. Very disappoinnted.

    The unit never turns off, waste of power. FM radio is not clear, AM is very hollow sounding. (I may not have it hooked up correctly - directions vague). CD player is incomplete so I'm not sure if it changes CDs as it's supposed to. Marjorie Beauchaine

    Remote stopped working after six months. Won’t sync to stereo and finding a replacement remote is impossible. Not worth buying.

    box was dirty and damaged when it arrived a month ago...one speaker not clear...sounds fuzzy...5-disc CD player malfunctioning already...Best Buy needs to replace my system...spent almost $200 for this.

    We took it back. Seemed very cheap and the sounds was not good. Bluetooth was annoying as it had to be set every time.

    Could only get it to play 3 disks, then it played one. Do not waste your money on this brand. I bought 2vother models made by them and they did not play the cds at all.

    great looking but first one didn't work at all. second one kind of worked for 1 play through of 1 disc. again it went dead. sent them back

    bought for 16 yr old - these are his words -- Sounds great, a lot of bass and good quality for the speakers. The Bluetooth is less loud but still really nice. It was hard to operate at first but, once I got it, it's super easy to operate and I love it - use it everyday

      Hello thanks for your question. This unit remain in the STAND BY mode in order to make easier to use it in the Bluetooth function. However if you want to turn off the unit completely you just need to press the "ECO" button on the remote control of the unit. Feel welcome to contact us for any question or concern you might have.     It has worked once and it stopped working. Ive reset it multiple times and tried different outlets and its like it doesnt recognize anything. I am very disappointed.

    I had to return it. Even though the CD tray was full, it said "no disc". I tried to reset it at least twice. Did not help.
