got it out of box and didnt work called sharp for help was walked thru the reset and still wont play was told to take it back

Terrible quality. Broke within 3 months. I wish I had bought the Best buy warranty

CD player is junk. So aggravated with it, threw it in the trash.

Almost a month and I still don’t have it I ordered it 17 December 2020 its 9 January 2021 and I still don’t have it!!!

Been looking for more than a Year, to replace my old but fabulous Micro Stereo. Most are tinny and have no Base Boost or quality. Honestly, I was knocked out from the quality of this Sharp Micro, XL-BH250. The only improvement I would want is the Remote. It’s small, buttons are small . And wish it was backlit, like my TV Remote. Lots of options this unit, almost too many. I bought from Best Buy for $199.00, 11/18/24 , hoping the price will drop on Black Friday , so I can Maybe get a few bucks back. Even if I don’t, the Quality of this Sharp Micro, is worth every Dime. I also bought the BB G Squad 4 Year Warranty for $35.00. awesome Stereo Sound.

Don’t like keys don’t light up and no time display and does not stay lit

I’m listening right now! I really like this stereo. The sound is great and it’s small. I set it up myself so it’s easy to do. I use it daily as my favorite music is important to me.

This small stereo has great sound for it's size! It was very easy to set up and fits easily into a limited space. Having a 5 CD capacity is very nice and the remote is easy to use.

It's old tech but perfect in music room . Minimal and simple assembly. Sound is good and so far cd's play without hesitation. I'm really pleased and recommend to anyone else looking to keep a part of old sound collections. changer works beautifully. Size is beautifully compact, including speakers.

This is a sweet little CD player with a great sound. Does not take up a lot a room. It is easy to set up and is exactly what I was looking for. It has features that I do not need, but they might be nice to have

This was a great buy. I can play 5 CDs and has a great sound. It is also very compact and does not take up a lot of room. I love this and now I can play all my Christmas CDs. Highly recommend!!!

This a very nice stereo with one major problem if you live in an apartment or in close proximity to neighbors. The Bluetooth is not able to be turned off. I got this solely to listen to CDs and I am unable to because it keeps switching into Bluetooth mode. I asked my neighbors if anyone may have inadvertantly connected to my SHARP stereo. I am unable to find out who is causing this. It isn't me because I have don't have anything with active Bluetooth. It's very sad for me because I used the CDs for healing and music therapy and since this started happening, I can no longer use the stereo. I have called SHARP technical support at least 6 times and all they can do is tell me to reset the stereo and make sure it is in "ECO" mode. We did that again today and the CD played for about 5 minutes and then it switched into Bluetooth mode. I called SHARP technical support again and the person I spoke to was very nice, but she told me she is sorry, but there is nothing else that can be done. I don't know if this has happened to many people living in apartments, but for me it is very, very sad because I really like the stereo other than this fatal flaw.

The unit sounds good, but it's kind of frustrating not being able to have the screen display the clock or actually turn off snd stop its endless scrolling. The instructions aren't the easiest to understand and don't seem to explain everything. Plus, when I tried to Bluetooth connect with my phone it told me I need an app for that.

I have had "shelf stereos" in the past. This one has great sound and the ability to set base and treble to suit the music and your preference. The 5CD changer is a huge plus. It takes a bit to learn the remote,but I'm sure I only scanned the instructions. The cd changer is a bit loud but that doesn't bother me.

This compact unit is what we needed in order to make use of all the CDs we have collected over the years. It was easy to set up. Fits nicely in a small space and does what we need it to do. The only drawback I've had is the dark buttons in a dark background, making it difficult to use without a flashlight or other light source.

This is a great disc cd player. Just plug-in and play. The speakers are on the smaller size but they sound excellent to me. Think was definitely worth the price.

The most important thing is the sound, and it it great! This set is easy to operate, has 5 CD capacity and sounds great! Love it so far!

I was tired of Pandora and such playing music for me. I have a hundred CDs and decided i want to hear what i want to hear. This player is amazing for the price and size. The bass boost also helps make it banging great. I would definately buy again. If you have trouble setting it up. Go on utube. It can show you how. Enjoy!

This CD player is stylish and fits perfectly on my desk. The speakers (which have 4 small rubber feet to keep them in place) are located on the far ends of the top shelf and the player next to me on my right. I have no need for the remote to play the CDs since the player is so close. From the time I took it out of the box to the time I was listening to CDs was less than 10 minutes. Basically all you have to do is connect the (supplied) speaker wires to the back of the unit, plug in the power cord and you're all set. It was very easy and intuitive to figure out which buttons to press to load and play the CDs without looking at the manual. You will need to read the manual and use the remote for the advanced functions. The USB port and the audio in and headphone jacks are all located on the front of the unit. The display is big and bright and easy to read. A dimmer button is located on the remote also a clock button and many others. The sound quality is excellent and a setting at 10 is plenty loud enough even though it goes to 30! The FM radio operated fine but I will not be using it all that much. The AM antenna was not connected as I never listen to AM stations. 2 cool features that I noticed: 1) You can switch CDs or load CDs into the empty trays while a CD is playing. 2) The unit will turn itself off after about 10 minutes or so if a CD has not been played. All in all I'm very impressed with this unit and am very happy with my purchase.
