I was a bit nervous when I bought this TV because I'm brand loyal and LG is my brand. Despite that, this Sharp TV has great picture quality, 3 HDMI ports, and the stands are simple enough to connect. My only issue is the sound quality. I have to turn the TV up rather loud to understand what is being said. To be fair, the room it's in is rather large with the open concept. I plan to buy a sound bar to remedy this issue. Otherwise, I am pleased with the purchase.

Have to say this is the best TV I have owned- fantastic picture, simple to use. The only negative I would note is that the in-TV volume doesn't seem to go that high. Otherwise, fantastic picture

I purchased this for my mom, she had an old dinosaur that refused to give up, now with the amazing picture quality, great price and easy set up she's regretting not doing it herself earlier

This is the biggest LED TV I have owned. The picture is clear, and I haven't had any problems with it. I have yet to test the HD quality but I'm sure it will make the crowing experience that much more enjoyable.

Finally replaced my big butt 36 inch tv. I was skeptical, but, I am so glad I did. I thought it might be to big, but, it does not feel like it. I have a small living room. The color and sound is great. LOVE IT.

This tv I purchased for my parents! Quite an upgrade from their 32 inch. It's huge, great color, sound is good! Got an awesome deal from BestBuy was even cheaper than Amazon and eBay which I search frequent!

TV works perfect. Lightweight for its size. Easy to mount on the wall. I've no external speaker. I use the TV speaker. It works fine. I use it in the bedroom. So you cannot observe any bad sound quality.

I waited a while from purchase time to review, to see if it would have any issues. I haven't found a short coming of this TV yet. It has an excellent picture we use HDMI for Satellite, a Roku Stick (USB power), and XBox1. TV works great! Went from watching a show to a movie and picture quality is almost as good as the UHD, just more reasonably priced. Very pleased with our purchase and if you are shopping TV's this one didn't disappoint us, and has not shown any hidden issues. With 3 teen boys we put it through it's paces everyday and even they are happy with it.

Awesome television, no speaker issues, sound is great, picture is crisp and clear. Easy to install and light weight. Definitely happy with this purchase.

I bought this tv on a deal-of-the-day, and I couldn't be more pleased. The picture is great, the audio is better than expected, and setup was very easy.

I was looking for a new, large tv for my bedroom in a new apartment and this tv seemed like the perfect candidate. It's a Sharp, which is a mid-level brand, but this tv looks amazing. I use it mostly for PS4 games, but anything looks great on it. I usually do a lot of tweaking in the menus for color/sharpness/backlight/etc. but even the default picture settings look great. The GAME setting is perfect for ps4. My girlfriend even commented on how great the video was. It's definitely the best TV I've owned thus far, and the price is incredible for a 50" flat panel.

This tv is awsome it has a great picture quality, my grandaughter enjoys watching her shows, very easy to work with, the space required is minimal so i have space for her game and cable consoles ..

Love this TV. Picture quality is excellent. The setup could not be simpler. For Comcast subscribers, super easy to sync to use only one remote. Bought on sale and likely to be a second one.

Excellent television for the price. High def picture is very clear and it comes with adequate HDMI and component connections. Sound quality is satisfactory but not great.

I bought this 2 months ago and so far no issues. It was a steal at $299 in my opinion. It's not a smart TV, but for me that is fine as I find most smart TV's to be cumbersome and a pain to use. I prefer to spend $50 on a Roku or Fire Stick etc.. and connect that instead. The TV has a great picture and I was please to see that it had all the connections that you need. 3 HDMI, component/composite and an analog audio out. It had a lot of options for operation and I did like the simple but often missing option of turning off the TV speakers, but being able to control the analog out using the TV remote.

This was on sale so I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the picture. Perfect size, easy set up and great picture. I got more than I was looking for.

Best price on the market for a 50 in with great quality. I already have the 70 in version so i wanted a matching 50 in.

Bought this tv on a black friday deal... great picture and plenty of inputs for today's world... great for the price and was used to upgrade an older tv for my parents... they love it!

For those who simply just want to watch TV and movies with the best possible quality [and can't spend an arm and a leg budget] this TV was a perfect choice. Easy set up and great picture.

My wife and I needed a bigger tv, so when this came up as a Black Friday deal, we looked at it and about a dozen others. I read hundreds of reviews. We narrowed it down to three TVs by three different brands. We are absolutely thrilled that we chose this one. The picture quality is excellent. The picture is sharp, and movement is smooth and fluid. The sound is great. And it has all the inputs we need to hook up a laptop, bluray player, and our Wii. While Sharp may not be a top name brand like Sony or Samsung or LG, they have been around for years and they do make products that are of good, lasting quality; at least that's been my experience with them.
