Was looking for a larger TV for the living room. Never dreamed I'd be able to get a 50 inch Smart TV for under $300. We were able to order on line and pick it up at the store the same day. It was very convenient.

Yesterday, I varied happy because I received my smart TV. But now I am so sad. When I turned on, I found the left side of the screen does not display. But, It does not matter, sometimes it can happen to someone. The thing made me sad is the Bestbuy's help service. I'm a foreign worker. Although English is not the primary language, I can communicate with other American in the company without big trouble. To replace or exchange with new one, I called to the Help service. After waiting more than 10 min, I could reach out someone over the phone. But he quit the call after I asked: "please speak again slowly." And I tried to call again, again for more than 30 min. But I couldn't reach out there. I spending sad time this Friday night.

I bought tv in august 2016 & today back light went out & it's not even 2 yrs.

I have only had this tv for 3 years and now the screen is blank. Sound but no visual. Tried everything you can find on good(restarting, unplugging)

I actually already have a Sharp TV and the sound and picture quality is worth it in itself. Great TV. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a new TV.
