Awesome picture! Easy setup. Power on a tad slow but not an issue. Love this TV!!!

I got this ROKU TV because I can only get antenna TV for the local ABC, Fox, and PBS channels but this SMART TV w/Roku interface makes it easy to stream CBS All Access, Amazon Prime, Netflix, plus oodles of free programming through Roku, Crackle, and others. The picture is clear and the audio is great. This was a great deal and excellent TV for my limited antenna access!

Definitely love this TV! I love the size, clarity and sound! I mainly use this TV to watch stuff on Hulu and Netflix. My only complaint is sometimes if I haven't turned it on for a couple of days it's very slow, the app for Hulu is then slow also.. one time I had to unplug the TV bc I also have YET to find a power button on the actual device.. anyone know where it's at?! Other than that I love it!

Went from a 32" to 50" best thing I could have done, no more squinting to watch tv. It's similar to having an Apple TV but without the extra wires or remotes. All streaming needs are accessible in one location YOUR TV :). From Netflix to Vemo to Vh1 and HBO Go all applications are easily downloaded. Only negative is that within a week my remote's power button broke off, but if you download the Roku app it's very easy to have a second remote on your phone therefore, easy fix. I've also, notified the company they are sending me a new remote. Customer service was great with handling my issue.

It replaces a 15 yr old Sony flat screen so obviously the picture quality is substantially better. It's not a TV I watch daily, but I did watch it for 30 hours in two weeks. The picture quality is as good as the majority of my TV's. I have 'better' TV's but many are bigger. This works. Simplest remote I've ever seen, it's great, though I still bump the volume button when I pick it up.

Beyond happy with this purchase. Love how easy it is to use and the quality.

I needed something that was easy to use and understand as I am in my 50's - I have some understanding of apps, etc as I have an IPhone so this TV - after explaining what I was looking for - was suggested to me by the Best Buy associate. It was perfect! I plugged it in, followed the prompts and all was working within minutes! Thanks for the suggestion after listening to my needs, Best Buy!

This is an okay smart TV. It works really good for about 12 to 14 months but then the screen starts to go out and eventually goes black. Purchase the extended warranty if you buy this TV from Best Buy. They replaced this TV twice for me. I had the same problem with 2 of these TVs and have since switched brands. I reccomend you don't buy this TV.
