Packed it up took it back and got another, no hassle. Got it home, unpacked and this screen was worse than the first one! Took back again, no hassle got another but Best Buy people opened up to make sure it was ok! Finally got it home set it up in minutes and well, 3rd time's a charm! Great picture and so many extras!

Quality tv for the price

After setting up and plugging it in, it looked really nice, and the picture quality was great after turning it on. The quality is better than my previous 40" tv which was 1080p with 120hz. This tv is not 120hz, but it seemed much smoother than my 120hz one. I would recommend this for anyone.

Great Surprise but dud remote

All went well he said and set up was a breeze but the remote did not work. When I called to inquire about a “fix” - there was no way my 80 yr old dad could repackage and return the TV and I live 1000 miles away. Ultimately I was transferred to Sharp who quickly shipped a new remote to my dad and all works well now. He’s thrilled.
