Very Nice TV

I would have rated it Excellent except for the fact on occassion it take's a minute or two to boot-up; turn on. This is significantly longer than the usual start up time (10-15 seconds) I'm pleased with the purchase and my family is also very happy with this smart tv.

The first TV I had delievered to my house & the screen was busted so I had to return it to the store, which they were very quick & helpful. The TV itself has good quality picture & the sound it quite loud. I had just purchased a home and wanted a starter TV which this was perfect. Easy setup.

The picture is very good and love the ability to access internet and things like Netflix without having to connect a computer and cords to the tv. Like the overall appearance while large dose not overwhelm the room. No complaints to date would most definitely recommend this tv

Get out of here! Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, it did! Then the price! Thank you Best Buy for being the best deal ever, even better then Amazon. Completely satisfied and would recommend it to everyone I know.

Love the built in options. Were it not for the input selection annoyance, I would give it 5 stars. Makes using a universal remote impossible. While I like the simplified remote and menu. I hate that I have to use both remotes.

Great for what we needed it for

This is used in an office environment in a conference room and for our sales team to review metrics in their bull pen area. They are used for video conferencing and screen sharing/presenting and are working great. Easy to setup and start using quickly.

Buttons, please...

Other than that you have to rely on the great, but easy-to-lose Roku remote it comes with. The physical button turns it on and off and cycles through inputs. That's it. Lose the remote and your video games yell at you and your movies whisper.
