It was great while it worked but sadly screen went black. I called Sharp and did what they told me to try. Didn’t work. Warranty is only for a year so TV is now on the curb. Will never buy another Sharp product.

I purchased this tv in 12 2017 for my kids for a Christmas present. Not even 2 years old and now the lower half of the screen is dark. Complete ripoff! Merry Christmas Bestbuy!

Haven’t even had this TV for that long and the backlight is already burnt out. Costs $200 to get replaced. Might as well buy a different brand tv. We were happy with it until that happened.

In the first year the tv would randomly shut off, this happened multiple times. Now just over 1 year of owning the tv there is no picture.
