We ordered this TV online. we wanted a TV with Roku installed. love the TV, easy to set up and picture quality is good

I’ve been using this tv now for almost 2 months. I did a lot of research before purchasing because I wanted to be sure to get a good picture and sound quality. I’m very pleased. I’ve used it for listening to music and it’s definitely loud. I had seen a lot of complaints about this but I’m not sure why. I use the tv in a bedroom and the sound gets very loud. Picture quality is great too even on some of the older shows that I watch. Happy with this purchase!

excellent tv with 7.70 firmware currently does hdr as well as 4k. no issues with setup at all, no lag whatsoever with destiny 2.

This is a good TV. Everything works as it should. The picture isn't as sharp as some higher price models but it's good enough. The sound is good. The Roku app works well.

Bought this for my daughter’s room. Works great. Good picture easy setup and Roku feature is nice to control through cell phone.

I got this for myself as a Christmas gift to upgrade my bedroom TV. It stays on constantly (I sleep with a TV on) with zero issues. I do misplace my remote a lot and wish there was a remote finder like on the ROKU 4* streaming device. But that’s the ONLY thing I “don’t like” about this TV. *i would totally recommend a Roku 4 if you have small children. It’s what I have in my sons room and we probably use the remote finder 1 a day because he’s always misplacing it.

This tv is the best. The color on this tv is so vivid and sharp. You can see the pores on people's faces, it is so clear.

So if you're into brands (and you should be when it comes to TV's) sharp is good and has lived up to its name for the month that I've owned this tv. I also like the Roku designation for 'smart' navigation; I have used other smart tv's before (android, I assume) that are not as easy to navigate. Roku is straight forward: all of your apps are easily visible and easy to search and add as well. So if you have a roku or used it before, this tv makes it even easier.

It’s awesome wish I could have got two of them. Color is great don’t need to spend a lot this one plays like the expensive ones

The tv itself has a gorgeous picture extremely clear. The remote that you have to use to turn the tv on and off with and choose programming with does not work great

Great budget tv. Picture is very clear. I really dislike the sound button on the side of the remote. Love the Roku.

Was Warned they’ll be a slight delay or “lag” in turning on or when connecting to sever before purchase by salesman. When in fact that’s a simple fix by going into the settings and enabling an instant connection function. The roku software may not appeal as attractive as a Samsung home screen but themes can be purchased or downloaded based off preference. Happy with my purchase, definitely would recommend. Can’t go wrong with price point with its paired by functionality and features.

Simple and affordable television. Great value, and clear picture. This is my first 4k television so I was quite pleased.
