I finally decided to upgrade the 32in Sanyo I bought in college. What era have I been living in? This Sharp is twice the tv I had before and so easy to unbox, setup and be online streaming. Great TV. Great price. 4K what more could you want? I fretted over the refresh rate but honestly I can't tell a difference since it was such and upgrade from my 12 year old TV.

I've had this TV for about a week now and absolutely love it. It was on a great discount price of $250. And the fact that it is a 4K UHD TV, it was an offer too good to miss. Since I've never owned any super-expensive UHD TV (Samsung, Sony etc), I can't speak to their level of detail in terms of colours, brightness, image sharpness. However, I feel confident in saying that this TV does well in all those aspects without the hefty price tag. I've upgraded my Netflix account to a 4K UHD and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. In addition, Amazon Prime Video also offers a lot of content in 4K which has been a great bonus for me. Also, I've been using Roku for a few years now so I had no trouble in setting up this TV and linking it to my existing Roku account. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

We have been using this TV for just over a month. Set up was quick and easy,especially with the Roku platform. I am using an OTA Antenna for local channels. The picture is clear and sharp. Changing between the antenna and our streaming services is much easier than my other non smart TV's. First Sharp television we have owned. So far,we love it. I am not a techie, but for us the picture quality is great. I'm sure someone out there probably rates other brands/models higher, but for us the price was right and the picture quality is just fine for us.

Bought this to replace my existing Roku TV. I have been loyal to the Sharp brand, my old TV being literally the exact same except 1080p instead of 4k. My old TV was only 3 years old and the top portion of the LED backlights don't come on, but still good picture nonetheless. I joked about buying a new TV, then when I saw the price of this one, my joke turned into seriousness. Picked up this TV the next day and have been highly impressed with it since. My favorite thing about the Roku TVs is the elimination of the traditional input button. No more figuring out what's hooked to what, and which input to change to... You can custom label all your inputs, then just select them off the Roku menu as they are grouped together with your Roku channels. Excellent picture quality (after some tweaking of course), and ok sound. I also like the addition of a wired ethernet port, so you don't have to rely upon possibly unstable wireless connections. If I had to come up with a negative, it would be that the TV sits up pretty high when on the legs, probably about two inches. This allowing you to see underneath to the ugly mess of cables that so many of us have. In comparison, my previous Sharp Roku TV only sat up about one inch on the legs. Obviously I will be paying close attention to the functionality due to the problem I had with the old TV, and me making the decision to buy the same brand/type, just a newer, more advanced model.

I've become a fan of the Sharp Roku Model TV's of late. This is my second purchase. Setup is easy, follow the screen to setup. Will perform a system software update after initial setup. Picture quality is excellent. Was very easy to stream video from my phone with excellent quality image. Roku is a welcome bonus. Saves you the cost of buying one and it provides easy access to a large variety of shows. For the price, its a great deal.

Sharp has always made excellent electronics for years. I have a Sharp Carousel micro-wave, that is used daily, since purchased in 1997! I just got rid of a Sharp Aquos TV that I purchased in 2004! Try that with an Imported product! This TV has a very good picture, has all of the Smart TV options you need, very easy to set up. The color and clarity (picture quality) are right up there with the higher priced imports. The sound is fine for me, I'm not into having the windows rattle! Proudly Made In The USA and I would recommend and purchase again!

I was looking to upgrade to a smart TV and happen to come across this TV on sale at Best Buy. I was not really sure what to expect with the Sharp brand. However, the ratings were really good, the TV had all the features I needed and the price was right so I took a chance on it. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The picture is amazing and I love the Roku TV feature. The TV and apps were easy to setup. Totally satisfied so far and would recommend it.

This appears to be a basic inexpensive TV but it does do 4K and HDR (description on this site said it was not HDR, big error). Yes, it is not equipped with a premium panel/screen but it has decent quality, it will play any type of video and audio files from a flash drive or HDD, and includes all the major streaming apps (Roku). Amazing purchase for the price paid!!

I got this TV on Black Friday after waiting 7 hours in line, and it was definitely worth it. Great picture, great sound, and the apps are easy to download and use with a WiFi connection. Using apps such as YouTube and Amazon Video to watch 4K videos & shows is a beautiful experience. Also, before purchasing this TV, I saw many of the previous reviews stating the remote stopped working after a couple of days, but my remote has been working just fine over the past month. Take good care of the remote/TV, and maybe it would last a lot longer.

I think I would give the TV 4.5 stars, all around a great tv. Picture amazing, options great and the sound is actually really good or I should say loud enough - of course if you are wanting a deep case or surround sound then u will need additional sound but A+ on just normal tv sound. Only thing I have found so far that is frustrating is tv channels, since it is a roku tv it has the roku remote so no typed numbers, so I can't just type channel 12 or whatever to go there- this is hard if u are using antenna tv you have to make sure u pick up all the channels u https://youtu.be/Td-OYvYpc6Qant on the channel search set up. Pause live tv with a sub 16+ gb drive is a nice extra and if u love key roku like I do then u will be very pleased with this tv. Really I can believe I got this for $330, I bought our 32" had tv for $300 10 years ago. If you https://youtu.be/Td-OYvYpc6Qant a good tv for a while excellent price then I would recommend it.

This tv is great. Color, size, picture, all of it is great. The sound is ok for me but if you're big into audio and movies, you probably want a sound bar. If you love Roku, this is the Tv for you! One small downside is the picture for sports with only a 60 Hz refresh rate, but I knew that going in. Sports are still good quality picture, but sometimes seem lagging for quick plays. Overall, this TV is amazing for the price and I'd highly recommend.

Amazing TV for the price, 4K with all the apps built in, easy to set up and use, great picture.

Pros: 1. It is a 4K UHD TV; 2. It has Roku TV built in; 3. Casting to this TV is easy and fast, and it also turns the TV on automatically; 4. The sound quality is pretty good; 5. It is a good value for the Black Friday doorbuster price. Cons: 1. It is only 60 Hz, and no motion smooth or anything; 2. The panel is not uniform, there is clouding, light breeding. The TV I got also has stuck pixels; 3. It has very narrow viewing angle. Anywhere away from the middle viewing area, the colors are washed out; 4. The Roku TV doesn't have free or mainstream Web browser; 5. It's not worth the MSRP price or even the regular sale price.

got this tv as a door buster for black friday i can't complain no its not a high end tv and doesn't have the picture of a higher end model but it still has a great picture for the price, easy to set up can add apps for movies i would suggest it to those who need a great tv at a lower price and wanna step up from a lower resolution to 4k, it isnt a samsung, an lg, or a sony but again for the price you wont be disappointed

I’ve had the tv for 4 days now and it’s been wonderful. Easy to set up and use. The color and clarity are great! Just make sure to go into your menu and change the audio and picture to your liking. I found the that the one it automatically went to wasn’t to my liking. The only cons are the remote is a roku so no numbers and the volume buttons are on the side of the remote which takes getting used to.

When we decided to shop for a new tv we really didn’t know what we were looking for. Then I came across this one at Best Buy and it had a ton of features and wasn’t going to cost a fortune! Once we set it up it did not disappoint! In fact we loved it so much that we recommended it to my daughter and her husband who were also in the market for a new tv! They are also very pleased with theirs!!

I purchased this on black friday because there was an amazing deal and I dont regret it one bit. The image is clear, connects to wifi easily and easy to navigate between different sources (cable tv, netflix, hulu, different HDMI inputs). It's great that there is a netflix button right on the remote, but what Im not a big fan of is that the volume controls are on the side of the remote.

This tv over exceed my expectations. I bought it cause my old tv died. I didn’t want to spend much money on a tv. I saw this tv before leaving the store. And I said good price. I took it and boy did it turn out great.. Nice Picture and it does have HDR.. which is even greater.. If you don’t want to spend to much on Sony or Samsung!! This Sharp tv is for you.....

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of the Sharp 50" HDsmartTV. The remote is simple and easy to use. Set up was extremely easy and fast. The picture screen goes almost to the edge of the TV. The colors are true and brilliant, with a clean edge. The perfect TV for me! I watch a lot of television and wanted the best one for the money. I found it in this TV.

My wife and I bought a 50' Westinghouse TV last year and were disappointed with it, the sound was terrible. Geek Squad came out and approved us to replace it, but given what we paid for the TV and not having a heck of a lot of funds available, there wasn't really any good TV to replace it with.... Until Black Friday kicked in though. For a Doorbuster, Best Buy had this TV and so we returned the other TV a couple days before the sale and then I camped myself outside the store for the majority of Thanksgiving day for this TV... it was well worth it! We had never had a Roku TV before, so, we've been enjoying having that, but I keep finding myself commenting to my wife how much better this TV is and how thunderous the sound can be even at 15-20 feet away.... We are definitely THRILLED with this purchase!
