Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THIS IS MY SECOND SHARP ROKU FIRST ONE CONKED OUT NOT TOO LONG AFTER THE GEEK PLAN RAN OUT IT WAS GOOD WHILE IT LASTED THE GEEK REPAIR CHARGES WERE WAY MORE THAN A NEW SHARP WHICH WAS ON SALE SO I BOUGHT A NEW ONE FOR THE PRICE BUT DIDN'T WASTE MY MONEY ON THE GEEK SQUAD THEY ARE NO LONGER THE GO TO PEOPLE IT SEEMS THAT BEST BUY HAS CHANGED THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARD THE LOYAL CUSTOMER
