    Worked good until now. Woke up to audio and to a black sceen. Tried all of the fixes and none worked. Now I have no sound as well. Won't buy another Sharp. I have never had a TV quit working after only 2 1/2 years.

    Very disappointed with picture quality - brightness, contrast and colors all leave a lot to desire. Otherwise, it's an OK TV. Roku smart TV system is really good. Bottomline, it's an OK TV for the relatively good price ($250), but nothing spectacular at all

    Quit working after a few months

    I thought this TV great until it stopped turning on after about 4 months of use. I have had zero luck in getting Sharp or Best Buy to honor the 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Hours on the phone to set up a repair appointment only to be followed by no shows - twice. This has been an awful experience. At this rate, I will never purchase another item from Best Buy or the Sharp brand.

    Nothing but trouble....In need of constant resetting. Geek squad had to come in & replace one of the boards & now again the TV won't turn on & it's just a little over 2 years old.

    Shortest lifespan ever

    I have this TV for around 3 years. It would constantly freeze, sometimes shut off during a movie and reboot itself since about month 13 (coincidentally right after warranty expired)! About a month ago the bottom half of the screen began to dim, but we were still able to use it, it was just hard to see a dark movie or show when it was day time. Now the TV acts like it is powering on and the screen is completely blank. I can hear sound when scrolling thru with the remote or when it is powering down. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING will appear on screen. I tried to do a factory re-set, left it unplugged for a while and re powered it... nothing. We didn't even use this TV on a daily Basis. Maybe a coupe days a week to play video games or watch a movie as a family. It was used much less in comparison to the TCL brand that I purchased about a year BEFORE this TV and the TCL is still going strong. Very disappointed in SHARP quality. I paid over $500.00 when it first came out and I have to say this is the SHORTEST life span of a TV I've ever owned. Even My old school projection screen lasted about 10 years with out any issues. Was still working fine when I bought this pile of doodoo TV. Never trusting another Sharp brand electronic again.

    You get what you pay for!

    My 5 year old Sharp 1080p LCD TV died today, which I would say was a decent TV for the price. Went to Best Buy to replace it with what I thought was the newer and better model. However, the picture quality on this TV is the worst I have every seen. The picture is hazy, colors are dull and washed out with zero contrast. Dark colors and blacks are pixelated and extremely distracting. There are no advanced picture settings in the TV. The only picture settings are "Dark, Normal, and Bright," all of which don't help with the contrast or coloring. The "manual" for the TV is quite literally a single piece of paper that offers no technical assistance. Sharp customer service was closed for the evening when I called. Unfortunately this TV was not on display at my store so I couldn't see how bad it was prior to buying it. I will be returning it, what a waste of my time!

    I bought this TV a month ago i came home from a long day at work to sit down to a TV with noise and no picture I hope Best Buy replacement plan saves me it was such a great TV then boom barely make it out of the 30 day window

    Best Buy’s customer service is terrible

    This is the second time we have had a bad experience with Best Buy’s policy. We bought this tv 3 months ago. Last night it shut off and will not turn on, we took it back for an exchange, but instead of exchanging our TV that is 100 days old, we now have to take off work and wait for someone to come repair it. I don’t want a TV that needs repairs when it is only a few months old. We try to shop in town rather than online, but Best Buy will be our last resort place to shop from here on out .

    ANGRY ROKU TV CUSTOMER

    I have a SHARP ROKU TV 43" and I purchased from Best Buy in 2017. I watched free roky channels for almost 4 years now, watching the entire series of movies. But now after COVID-19 those movies I watched now cost to watch. There is a 7-day trial before having to pay. I contacted ROKU and the agent who responded lied in every sentence saying that Roku has paid movies. Roky may have PIAD MOVIES but, if I have already watched an entire series of movies for free IT'S PRETTY HARD TO CONVINCE ME NOW THAT THOSE MOVIES HAVE ALWAYS HAD A FEE. BIGGEST MISTAKE ON PURCHASES IS WHEN I PURCHASED ROKU TV. WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS AND THEY MAKE MATTERS WORSE IF YOU CONTACT THEM FOR HELP. I DON'T LIKE THAT TYPE OF BUSINESS AND WITH THAT SAID, I WILL NO LONGER GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS.

    Common Power Issue After

    Works great for around a year and a half, then something breaks and you can't turn it back on. It seems to be a common issue all around the same time-period after purchase. Keep in mind the warranty lasts one year and everyone online seems to be experiencing this issue around 1 - 2 years after purchase.     Terrible tv , dont buy!!

    I've had this tv for only 2.5 years and it just died on me on xmas eve. What a pain, ripoff, hassle, and inconvenience! Do not buy this tv!! I'm reading through other peoples reviews and notice many people have had the same issues around the same time of owning it. On the 23rd, I woke up to the tv sound on but with no picture on the screen. We restarted the tv and cable and turned it back on. This time the sound was no longer on and still no image on!! We could only see the red off/on button flickering and thats it. I'm told it sounds like a defect in an important plol.

    Keep searching Don’t Stop For this tv

    I loved the tv and size and price,all fitted but after 2years/3 months my tv went out. I didn’t purchase a extended warranty but I at least thought it would last longer than what it did. So Please be aware that I just decided to give a review on this tv because I seen it tonight when I thought it was discontinued. Buyers be ware unless every 2 years u might be buying another tv. So I will not be purchasing any other Sharp and nothing Best Buy could do it’s just poor merchandise ☹️☹️

    We bought this TV Dec 2018. It’s 2020 March and the TV kept turning on and off by itself. We called sharp and they said it was the TV. What a crap buy. Some people have had good luck with this TV. That’s great. But we will not ever buy Sharp again.

    Not a good product. I loved it for a year and a half, and then it just stopped working. Best Buy wasn’t helpful and Sharp had no explanation as to why it would just stop working one day. This is the last time I’ll purchase anything from Sharp and probably Best Buy also. My advice is to say away from Sharp TV’s.

    This TV was fine for the first month I had it. Tried to wipe off a dirt spot on the screen and it cracked. If you apply the slightest bit of force to the screen it will break. Neither Sharp or BestBuy will cover it either. Please do not buy this product.

    I bought this tv at the beginging of 2016. Its 3 and a half and the led light pannel went down. Its a common issue. To replace parts is a huge pain also. So if you want a tv to last buy anything but this tv. Or any sharp roku in my opinion.
