I bought this on sale for $449 and at that price, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Setup was easy, the TV looks sharp, both the form factor and the picture and it performs as advertised. It is more of a 4.5 star TV to me, the only thing I don't love is the smart TV interface. It is not poor, I think it's a personal preference on my end. I am able to stream 4K content through Amazon Prime video and it looks great, as do my Xbox One games.

I needed a TV and couldn't afford to throw down a lot of cash, this was a great buy. The sound quality leaves a.little to be desired, but the TV is only 1 inch thick, not much space for big speakers. Other than the sound, I am extremely happy with the quality of this TV. It's actually a Hisense, the brand that purchased Sharp, they are very popular in China and becoming more popular in the US.

After reading multiple reviews I chose this TV to replace my old LED TV. The picture on this is very clear, I noticed a huge improvement when playing video games and watching football. The 4k is really good as well especially considering the price. The only bad thing is it developed a line in the TV after about 5 months. But the warranty was easy to deal with and I got new tv 2 weeks after my first call.

I purchased this as my first 4K tv. While it wasn't top of the line, it provides good quality. My only gripe is the 60hz - but that's to be expected in this price range.

I have always been a fan of Sharp TVs in the past, but have recently started to drift towards Samsung in my latter years. I was a bit hesitant prior to my purchase of Sharp, as it had been years (approximately 10 years, but that's only because the one I have is still working) since I had bought a Sharp TV, so wasn't exactly sure what I was getting into. However, after picking it up, playing around with the settings a bit, I have to say that I am very satisfied with the quality of the TV, especially for the price compared to Samsung. Of course there are some minor aesthetics that Samsung still has over Sharp, such as menu, frame. One thing that Sharp TVs did have, and apparently still has over Samsung are the strength of the speakers on the TV. Samsung TV speakers are pretty awful, and just not loud enough. Sharp TV speakers have always been much better, and just sounds better overall as well. Mostly it's just the low volume control on the Samsung that bothers me the most though. Overall, very happy with the TV, and would recommend it to anyone choosing between a Samsung and a Sharp, if it's only about a $50, then go with the Sharp, as you won't really lose much, particularly if you're someone who wants actual speakers on your TV.

I held off on writing a review until after we owned it for at least a month. Our old TV went out abruptly. Best Buy had this model on sale. The picture is clear; the TV itself is fairly lightweight. We have it mounted so we aren't using the base that comes with it though. Plenty of inputs. I would recommend this brand, and specific television.

We upgraded to a larger TV. This was a good decision for us. The picture and sound are both clear. Our cable does not support the 4K at this time but hopefully it will soon. It does not matter because we are pleased with the quality now. I would recommend this TV

Definitely worth the money for a TV if you are looking for the 4k experience. Installation was as easy as pie, and bang, you are connected with ease. The App for the remote through IPHONE is a pain in the proverbial, so I wont be bothering with that. However, grab yourself a sound bar at the same time so you can really enjoy a movie!

I only gave it 4 stars because HULU was not included with the apps, otherwise it is fantastic! The picture is spectacular! I find myself watching channels just for the breathtaking landscapes. The audio is also really good. I bought a sound bar, but most of the time I don't turn it on. Very impressed.

I bought this tv on sale for $200 off and it was a great decision. The colors are vibrant, the picture quality is excellent, and the motion is smooth whether streaming movies or playing PS4. Even the sound is good on this tv. I am so happy that I bought this tv!

I hadn't bought a tv since 2008, my only requirements were that it was bigger than my old one (40") & it was a smart tv. In the past I hadn't been a Sharp fan, but I love the aesthetics of this tv plus the price was unbeatable! My only complaint is that every time I try going online (Netflix, Amazon, etc) I have to re-establish my internet connection. I've tried going wireless & with a cable & neither seem to help. This in itself is super frustrating, it's literally a daily process that we have to do before watching tv (since we only use these apps to watch tv). If I had the same issues with my old tv I'd blame my equipment but I never had an issue. I am going to purchase a new wireless router & hope that helps in the off chance it's a complication with brands (netgear).

Very crisp, sharp and clear picture. Rich colors and good looks. So glad I bought the 4K. Highly recommend. My nephew works for a cable company and told me about this TV. He said he never hears of them going bad and the picture is as sharp as it's name.

I have been interested in upgrading to a 4K tv for quite awhile now and I looked at several models. I came by this one in the Store and noticed how great the image quality was so I decided to take the plunge. The range of colors are incredible, Blu Ray movies, Video games and 4K youtube content all look great on this TV. The smart features are also very responsive too.

Sound is OK -- using in a bedroom, so I didn't want to use a sound bar. I have a Sony XBR65X850D, and the sound on it is better. I like the function of the Sharp Aquous better than the Sony. Sony uses Android operating system -- very unstable in the 850D unit. The Sharp has no problem up loading / playing Go pro videos from a NAS My Cloud. The Sony wont work 75% of the time, either saying it doesn't recognize the file format, or freezing during play back. Wish I bought 2 of the Sharps & saved $1000.00 and the headaches!! NOTE: only 2 of the 4HDMI ports are rated at 4K -60 HZ. the other 2 are 30 HZ., including the ARC connection.
