    Ghosting

I purchased this TV based on price and previous reviews. I set it up and immediately I noticed what I call "ghosting." While watching a football game as the quarterback threw the ball I could see the ball in past tense, meaning I could see the ball streaking across the screen. I tried several different settings and nothing would help. My kids were watching cartoons and when the characters changed the TV would hesitate for a split second and pixelate. I returned this TV and upgraded to a Samsung. I would not recommend this TV to others.

I wanted to like this TV

Bought this TV and I wish I didn't. 1. It is being reported that the Xbox One S is NOT compatible with the HDR enabled feature of this TV. So if you are buying for the HDR features, this TV is not for you. 2. When putting the stands on the TV, 2 of the 4 screws broke off that attach the TV to the Stand. And yes I can screw screws into a threaded hole. I was able to successfully get 2 of the 4 in with no problem. I think the holes were not threaded and thus the broke off screws. Now I have a TV that I cannot get the TV stand off of it. Called Customer service and they are worthless. They treat me as if I did not know how to screw screws into a hole. First of all this problem should of never happened and it has completely ruined my joy of owning this TV. So I am in a jam. Do I just live with it, or as Customer Service recommended to take it to a "person who can take the screws out." Not only would this void the warranty but why should I have to pay money to do this. I cannot recommend this TV to anyone and this will be the last Sharp/Hisense TV that I buy. They refuse to offer any further help. Stick with Sony, LG, Vizio, or Samsung. They lost a customer even considering that I bought 2 65 inch TVs at the beginning of this year.

very difficult to setup, remote is garbage and it broke (issue with the display panel, their words) that they will not fix. I would avoid this tv and all things sharp, too many good tvs out there to buy a high end tv and have it break right away. terrible service, total joke.
