With my old microwave it took 13 seconds to complete, so if I wanted the coffee cup handle to stop where it began I would have to calculate based on 13. This oven just stops where it is supposed to, no calculation necessary.

Decent higher powered unit to have

Doesn't have a lot of the one touch features or the light that my old one had but I also did not want to spend $160 to replace it. This was more in the budget and does a great job. Even with it being slightly less powered, the times I am using are the same for my steamers and other foods and drinks. My full size dinner plate fits and that is enough for me.

Food would not heat evenly as a result. I could find no way to make the carosel reach the turning drive, so decided to replace it. THe new unit from Best Buy works wonderfuly! Even the popcorn setting pops all kernels without scorching. Even the old unit couldn't do that.
