Pros: Like the all white modern look, dials, reasonable cost and size Cons: carousel plate gets off track easily and little tricky to put back on, no sensor for cooking and overcooked by 2 minutes and burned microwave so badly needed to toss out.

Broke but BBuy took care of me

Would overheat and shut off after a few seconds of use. Exchange process at BestBuy was smooth. The new replacement appears to be fine. Bottom line is it is a great value at $99 for 1100 watt. Looks good. Easy to use.

Easy to use and dependable

It has been sturdy and dependable. We’ve had to replace the inner plate once, but that’s it. It’s a pretty basic microwave. But it has been a good buy and was priced to be affordable and at a good value. I would recommend it to others and would likely buy again if I needed another basic function microwave with a long life expectancy.

The best advice from others was to read the directions. have had none of the other issues people had problems with. Love being able to adjust % of power. Turntable stays seated if installed properly. Complaint about no light while cooking--I do not watch things cook. Rem. cooking instructions are only recommendations and adjust based on your own experience.

I even checked Amazon and BB was still less expensive. Bought this for our son at college and he uses it about 5 times a week. Likes the turntable inside and buttons are easy to read on the front. We have always enjoyed using Sharp products.
