I’m really happy with it and I thought it wasn’t going to have a light which was disappointing but it does have a light when you open the door.

I called Sharp customer service and was put off for a day only to be told the next day "Sorry, all we can do is offer a replacement for an additional $74. Well, I wasn't about to put additional money into a MW that I wasn't sure would be any better than the first. I refused the offer. I have been a user of Sharp products in the past. Evidently, a person can't expect to get much mileage out of this particular MW. What an inconvenience, nuisance and rip off this was. No, I would not recommend this product!
