Not sure what else to say, very basic microwave. We had to have it replaced after 2 months, Best Buy employees were very rude and unhelpful, which came as a surprise after such positive interactions at our previous store in Oregon. The microwave was good after replacement through the manufacturer but I don't recommend shopping at this particular store ever

So, this is an ok microwave. We had to replace our microwave and settled on this one. It has presets but our other had a pizza present that was perfect. This one has frozen pizza, but I don't make frozen pizza in the microwave? All the presets on this one seem to overcook the food. Our other also had presets for soup and beverage; this one only has a beverage one, which I now use to heat canned soup. It will work, for now, just disappointed with it and it being $40 more than our other one.

Purchased this as one of my daughter's Christmas gifts. She uses it daily and really likes it. It replaced one that was approximately 23 years old. Hoping this one lasts as long!

This counter-top microwave is easy to use and does the job. I purchased it for my 97 year old mother who struggles with "technology". She does not use microwaves for any thing but heating; so she finds this unit easy to use for that.

I received the microwave. It was way too havy for me to lift it on to the countertop. I asked friends for help. They lifted it up to the countertop level and eased it out of the box. Suddenly c r a s h The glass tray was not at all secured, fell onto the tile floor in thousands of pieces. Huge disappointment. I asked Best Buy for a replacement. They want twice as much as eBay or Amazon and are not willing to release details on the tray, like measurements or a part number. The variety on the internet is mind blowing. Which one will exactly fit? ? ?

Very pleased with my purchase. One suggestion to manufacturer: Move the TIME COOK and POWER LEVEL line right above the numbers display where it belongs. Sometimes I have to look for it, I am 88 years old.

I bought this Sharp microwave to replace broken, larger other brand. The best thing for me is that I can finally read the control panel easily! Works very well and it is a breeze to program.

My old microwave broke, so I spent time on the Best Buy website looking for a replacement, found this one and it works great, no problems, foods come out better than ever.

I was undecided on buying this microwave but I just bought it anyway because they didn’t have the one I wanted and honestly I’m glad I bought it works very well heats up quickly.

Great microwave and it cooks and heats good up all the 2ay through. Easy to clean the inside as well.

So far good. The only thing is that when you lower the power, you have to cook longer. Cause the power goes down pretty much. But other than that it is very good.

Less bells and whistles then the one that died that it replaced but works well if you remember the times on what you reheated in the past, it does have a popcorn setting so all's not lost,lol.

I had a Microwave that cost three times more than this one . All kinds of extras it did not last 2 years. Poof just quit working. I live alone almost 70 just to warm up thing. This take care of whit I need/

My last microwave was only 700 watts and I wanted to get at least 1000 watts and I found this one on line and it has filled all my needs the price was right and it works perfectly

Before I purchased this Sharp microwave I owned my last one for 20 plus years Its old school and just the way I like it for simple defrosting and heating on dinner plate Also love to make baked potato and pop corn

We've had this for about a month now and it works as it should. No drawbacks that we can see (so far) and it a great functional microwave.

I recently had the kitchen remodeled with mostly White. So this microwave is beautiful fit for the new kitchen. It looks great and is actually a little stronger than the last microwave I used.

Was heating up when first used was a bit of concern and slight burning oder but not happening lately. If it does i will activate my warranty.

First purchase sent out flames. Took it back and it was replaced immediately at the store. We took the same brand and size home. We've had no problem. The microwave does what we expect from it.

Perfect for us as seniors. We chose Sharp because our first microwave was a Sharp and this microwave had all the features we wanted plus was on sale
