Pushing "15" tells it to cook for 15 minutes instead of 15 seconds. To cook something that is not in minute increments, such as 1 minute 30 seconds requires you to first push "time cook" and then put in the time. The glass rotating pan is too small for the machine. The microwave radiation interferes with a nearby TV.
