This microwave is an exact replacement, size, wattage, and operation. We needed that for locating the microwave in our kitchen cubby hole. Works great, internal lighting of food works much better than the old model (22 years old). Fewer button pushes for our needs. Glad we upgraded, and Best Buy honored on-line price match. Thank you BestBuy.

There's always a learning curve with any new appliance. It didn't take long to figure it out. Yes the buttons are a bit harder to push but makes cleaning it easier and you don't accidentally hit the wrong button. It's worked great so far. Pushing the time cook button allows you to input any amount of time.

Bought this microwave for my older parents. They absolutely love it. The microwave is really easy to use and works like a charm. We did not utilize the Alexa feature so we cannot comment on it. The microwave heats well and has plenty of interior space to heat up whatever we need.

Works very well and easy to set up. Alexa works well with it it. Only problem was original one picked up at the store had a dent in the side. which required a trip back.

It is a good size microwave that does meets my needs (heat up, defrost, cook pasta). I like the feature where you can sync it with Amazon Alexa and give it voice commands to microwave cook your food.

Love the voice commands. Simple to setup easier to use. Voice commands are rock solid. First microwave to properly thaw frozen products.

The size is just right that it doesn't take up too much counter space. The microwave has plenty of power to get things done really quick. Maybe I should get an Alexa to use its full potential.

This is a nice looking microwave and I live that it works with Alexa. It’s very powerful and spacious without taking up more room than my older smaller microwave. Good buy!

Purchase about 3 weeks ago, Perfect size for a kitchen counter does not take up too much room.. Perfect for a family and the Alexa integration works like a charm..

This microwave is working out well for us so far. The last one was a different brand and the door and bottom inside corroded. So we bought a Sharp. It cooks evenly and quickly. It is staying really clean without much wiping down. If there is a lot of moisture accumulation, I wipe it down with a paper towel and leave the door open for a while to be sure it dries inside. It has Alexa, but I haven’t set it up. All in all, we are pleased with our purchase.

its a microwave. I find it less powerful than my old sharp that was rated with less watts. I also find the keypad buttons hard to press, my old one was a breeze when pressing keypad buttons. also compared to my old one, extra buttons to press when wanting to select less than a minute usage. dont care for the Alexa and wifi function.

I like the versatile touch screen, but sometimes tapping the numbers doesn't always work unless pressed harder. It's a different style and brand from our previous microwave, so we're just getting re-adapted to the new product. Otherwise, very pleased to get the style, color and size we wanted at a good price.

Warms food efficiently, good power, and I like the setting options. The button panel isn’t ideal, in that it often requires you to push a button 2x to enter a number or option. Best Buy and maybe others charge more for the stainless finish. Guess it’s what you get if you don’t spend more.

Very nice microwave and features!! Only returned item due to damage upon arrival. Reordered another one and the same thing, damaged again. Manager could not guarantee me that “delivery” person would not damage item. That’s really sad because I tried both store pick up and ship to home. Personally, that’s not a good look for the company.

this is a very good microwave for the price and the alexa integration is a great plus, but the microwave loses a star for it's asinine placement of the +30 button, which is half way up the buttons on the left. I manage to hit the temp setting button every time i try to use it, and you have to hit clear if you do that.

We have owned Sharp microwaves for years. They are awesome units and always reliable. We replaced an old model (still working, but white outer case was getting yellow) with another brand (why did we do that??). The other brand didn't even last 6 months. It was such garbage. Attractive, but garbage. It was still under warranty, but the warranty terms made it cheaper to just trash the unit. So... back to my resolve to find another Sharp unit. Best Buy had this nice stainless steel model and price was reasonable. Store pickup was an absolute breeze (salesman even carried the unit out to my car for me). Setup/wireless connection was a breeze. We haven't used the Alexa connection or wireless operation settings on the microwave, but having it connected online saves resetting the clock if the power goes out or when the time changes for daylight saving time. I LOVE the sensor heat function (never had that in our prior units), and it's pretty accurate. Love this unit!

We have been using for a month and are surprised how much easier it is to ask Alexa to heat up an item. It still would be a great Microwave without those functions. I would give 5 stars if it works a full year without problems.

Does everything it's suppose to, and having it connected to Alexa means my fingerprints are no longer all over the microwave. I just tell Alexa to microwave for 30 seconds and she does the rest....

Buttons took a bit of getting use to. Really enjoy the size of unit. Does great on popcorn. Have not used the Alexa functions. Just right for our kitchen.
