I had the same microwave for years and it finally stopped working so I bought the same one. It’s an inch wider than the old one but it fits. It worked beautifully and I like all the new features. I have not hooked up Alexa yet but am planning to.

Very easy to put info on the keypad, and very quiet operation. It is a relatively light weight, but feels solid. It does everything I expected.

I really liked this microwave, bought about March 31, 2023. Recently however, I heard a lot of noise from the kitchen, and the microwave was banging and clanging and flashing a red light. My son said there was smoke. I unplugged it, waited a minute or so, and plugged it in again. It ran maybe 10 seconds normally, and then resumed the banging and clanging and flashing. It is covered for parts and labor (1 yr). I will look into shipping it to a Sharp repair location. I don't know what it weighs.

I purchased this microwave mainly because of it being able to be controlled with Alexa voice commands. It's a great addition to my home automation. Rarely have to touch the control panel. Just put the food in, close the door and use a Alexa command to set the minutes/seconds and power level. Also, very easy to setup the Wi-Fi. Took less than 2 minutes. Just scanned the barcode behind the door.

I love the Alexa microwave very easy to use with my speaker. Only tiny thing wish the dials was light up

This is my favorite microwave. My mother is disabled and uses Alexa to stop it when she wants it stopped. I love the sensor function because it makes sure the food is hot all the way through which I found a pain with other microwaves. This is the best microwave I've had so far.

Looks great. Enjoyed for a little while until three weeks after purchase it started acting up. It was quite at first and then during the third week a loud noise started every time it's being used. It's loud and scary. Like there's an airplane inside the house. We are afraid to use it because it sound like it's going to explode. We want to return and exchange it but receipt indicates not returnable anymore.
