Not sure if it was the delivery guys who dented it, or if it came that way, but I decided to keep it since it wasn't damaged internally. They did give me a 10% discount.

My old one died and I was without it for over a week during a heat wave. You really miss these when it's too hot to start the oven. Worked perfectly from the first try and no problems almost a month later.

The biggest omission is the lack of a button for sensor cooking of fresh vegetables (every other microwave we've owned has had one). It's possible to use Alexa voice commands to cook vegetables, but they often result in overcooked veggies. The cooking time estimates in the user manual also tend to result i n overcooking.

Good microwave, won't connect to Alexa

Please be advised that Amazon has currently reported an outage that may affect Amazon connected devices or commands. FOR A PERSON WITH ARTHRITUS ,THE KEY-BOARD BUTTONS ARE NOT THE EASIEST TO OPERATE. ALSO THE KEYBOARD IS NOT EASY TO SEE .(we have a small flashlight to use ,even in the day time.) OTHER THAN THOSE THINGS AND THE FACT THAT NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THE "ALEXIS" PART OF THE UNIT AT "BEST-BUY" HERE IN ONALASKA, WI. I've had this oven for about six weeks now and it seems to function fine, except that its heating power is extremely weaker than my previous oven. Despite there being only a 200 watt difference, I have to cook and reheat foods twice as long now. The other issue is I have to remember to use the word "microwave," instead of "cook," despite what the manual says. If I ask Alexa to "cook" for a certain amount of time, 75% of the time it will set a timer instead and ignore the microwave.
