I bought this Sharp to replace another I had for many years but sadly the door button broke. I've had it only a short time but to date it has not disappointed. We use it many times a day mainly for warming food, melting butter and for a quick defrost. I love a few of the new features such as the 30+ and hope to get many more years of service from this microwave.

So far so good. The legs are a little uneven so it wobbles on the counter - you think they could check that before they give it a “passing grade” Overall, it is doing what it needs to do. I did a fair amount of research before I decided on this one. I hope I made the correct decision

Our previous microwave was a similar Sharp model from 15 years ago. This microwave works although we only use it to warm beverages or make soup. The only complaint I have is noise when using. It's quite loud.

I had one exactly like this for 20 yrs. I like the different choices for reheating. It is a little on the noisy side in comparison to my old one.

I replaced my old Sharp Micro oven for one i had almost 20 years. Happy with the new model, more features so still trying them out. Had a nice young fellow help me purchase it. Had to track down the color i wanted and the price was great. Bravo to Best Buy

It has 6 preset times which makes it very easy to use. 1-6 is one minute, 2 mins etc and then one for 30 seconds, so just a one button start. Love. Still learning other features that aren't used that often. Great value for the price.

Very sleek design. Perfect for the tight space we needed to fill. Sharp makes a great microwave. The last one we had lasted over 20!years.

I believe Best Buy sent me a refurbished Sharp Microwave. You can tell, because all refurbished microwaves start out loud then quiet down, which is exactly what this one does. The box had a big hole in it, but there were no marks on the microwave. This just might be the last purchase I make from Best Buy.

This microwave is good and very large. Great use. I recommend this when you cook pizza.

This microwave has been a blessing. It looks nice on countertop. I am very pleased with its operations. Easy to understand instruction brochure.

I really liked this oven and when we got it to the church it was faulty inside the keypad. Could not get any function or timer to work. The components inside the keypad were defective. As people say sometimes you get a lemon, but I couldn't make lemonade(ha-ha). The sales personnel were very helpful with me and gave super assistance in trading for another Microwave close enough in specifications. Altogether Best Buy is a great store and I will return as needed for future buys in electronics. I highly recommend Best Buy if you want good quality and great service. Thank you.

Nice Microwave for the price. Does everything you'd want a microwave to do. Easy directions and set up. Nice size....fits a dinner plate easily. I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this microwave for the sensor reheat option and it does a fair job of cooking, however everything takes longer than expected.

The microwave is quite and easy to operate. I love it!

Works well. The problem is when you push the button to open the door the whole microwave moves back wads.

Does a great job of heating items. Does it very quickly!

This is a perfect fit for behind the basement bar. and heats up great.
