I love my new microwave. Very powerful and heats food quickly. I can reheat a slice of pizza in less than a minute and it will be hot. Delivered on time and with stealth speed. I will be buying all of my appliances from Best Buy from now on.

Works well. Heats up fast. My only issue is it’s kind of loud but that’s not a deal breaker for me. When I first used it the first few use it would make a loud kinda humming noise for the first few seconds but I noticed that stopped after a while. I did see other reviews about that noise so I wasn’t really concerned. Also I love that it’s a dark gray inside. Idk why but it was a must have for me when I was looking for a new microwave to replace one I previously had in the same color (different brand). My previous one was the same wattage but it took longer to heat up. I guess it was going out & I hadn’t noticed. I’m sure it heated up just as fast when I first got it.

I am replacing my 22 yr old Sharp with this one. My old one finally died and am hoping I get a nice long life out of this one. I would give this 5 stars anywhere else, but I am disappointed in best buys customer service. I needed the microwave today and received it with a couple of dings. They wanted me to either drive an hour to pick up a new one or wait to be shipped again. With the pictures why would I want another one shipped. I decided to keep it and hope nothing internal was damaged. You would think they could refund a little money back because it was damaged. I guess not. I will not buy anything from them again if it has to be shipped even if the price is lower.

This is a great mid-size Microwave and the Black Stainless color looks great with the other appliances in the same tones. The shipping was very quick and boxed perfectly. The reason I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5...there is no REHEAT button. My grandkids are trained for safety reasons from their previous microwave to only push the 'reheat' button, so it's a little confusing for them (6 & 8yrs old). If the reheat button is not a deal breaker for you, I highly recommend it.

love this little microwave in our new bar area in our new house. It fits perfectly and does the job we need it to do!

We bought this to as a replacement for a larger model. WOW, it has as much power as the old one AND it takes up less counter space! Bonus! I know that one complaint said the door is hard to open. I don't find that at all, it opens quite smoothly. I have found the STOP button requires a harder touch to cease working.

So far, this an immense improvement over the one it replaced. It's slightly bigger than it looks in the store, but that's fine; it's a more useful size anyway. It's much more efficient, runs quietly, and does everything we need it to do.

Been using it for a month now. Overall it has been great. Heats evenly, easy access minute/30 second buttons are very convenient. Heats fairly quickly. My only gripe is that the sensor reheat option makes it so hot you need a towel to pull out a pyrex. I usually have to stop it manually once it says there is a minute left.

Great microwave, easy to operate, good price, not as loud as our previous microwave.

This is an outstanding countertop microwave! It’s quiet and it works great at all power levels. I would highly recommend it and I appreciate the service we got from Best Buy.

I read a lot of reviews prior to deciding on this unit and it was a good choice. It cooks in the same amount of time as our old, much larger unit and it is so quiet you cannot even hear it running. The unit is light so it tends to move when you open the door. We put small pieces of rubber backing designed for to keep rugs from sliding on floors and the problem was solved. You can't even tell they are there.

All the function work perfect. To bake a potato, you need to add a feww more holes on larger potatoes. great color and easy to clean. Read the manual First

Overall, very functional. Pluses include convenient one touch buttons for 30 seconds, 1, 2, and 3 minute increments, special function buttons like melt, soften, and popcorn with choice of bag size. Reheat function works well. Very quiet! Things I think could be improved: door release doesn't have a solid feel to it, power button is unintuitively located far from the time cook button.

Fits perfectly in my kitchen cabinet. Easy to use and looks great.

At 1.4 cu ft this microwave has worked out perfect for our kitchen with limited countertop space. Unit runs strong at 1100 watts. Very easy to use selector pad. Great quality microwave.

Excellent microwave. No problems ,,easy to clean nice appearance

I was very pleased with this purchase until I discovered that the program panel doesn't light up at night. With that said, its a nice mid size microwave and it looks very classy. Isn't as noisy as other microwaves I tested out. FYI: there isn't a button available to disable the beeping sound.

I am very happy with this microwave, it's easier than most to operate with simple instructions that you don't need to be a rocket to understand. Just touch a button and go.

Good product and excellent price. This is the second one of these units that we have owned. Totally wore the first one out.
