Pluses include convenient one touch buttons for 30 seconds, 1, 2, and 3 minute increments, special function buttons like melt, soften, and popcorn with choice of bag size. Reheat function works well. Very quiet! Things I think could be improved: door release doesn't have a solid feel to it, power button is unintuitively located far from the time cook button.

We like that it has a door handle (didn't think we would miss it lol). It closes quieter unless you just slam it shut. It does have an interior light that comes on once the door opens and when in use. My kids like the ease of the quick timing settings. Only con about it is it runs a bit loud.

Heats evenly, easy access minute/30 second buttons are very convenient. Heats fairly quickly. My only gripe is that the sensor reheat option makes it so hot you need a towel to pull out a pyrex. I usually have to stop it manually once it says there is a minute left.

So Far So Good...

With that said, its a nice mid size microwave and it looks very classy. Isn't as noisy as other microwaves I tested out. FYI: there isn't a button available to disable the beeping sound.
